With the steady and rapid development of tourism,tourism enterprises need a large number of high-quality tourism professionals.In the context of such a huge demand for tourism industry,the willingness of tourism graduates to obtain employment in tourism industry is surprisingly low..According to the employment survey results of tourism colleges and universities,the professional counterparty rate of tourism graduates in the tourism industry is generally 20%-30%.After years of studying tourism professional skills and knowledge,graduates of tourism colleges and universities choose not to find employment in the tourism industry,which is a waste of social resources and human capital.It is not conducive to the development of the graduates themselves,nor the development of tourism industry,but also to the development of education.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of graduate students majoring in tourism management in universities and colleges in Dalian,and studies the relationship between relevant factors based on student perspectives and employment behavior of graduates majoring in tourism management.The first part of the article introduces the research background,research significance and research status;the second part introduces the important concepts in the article;the third part is the questionnaire survey;the fourth part is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the employment of graduates in tourism management,Which mainly analyzes the impact of four types of influencing factors,such as professional satisfaction,personal development opportunities,salary and treatment,and attitudes towards career selection,on the employment expectations and employment orientation of tourism management graduates,and discusses tourism management graduates factors affecting employment of the tourism industry.At the same time,based on the conclusions draw from the research on the influencing factors of employment of graduates in tourism management,this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations in order to provide a reference for promoting tourism management graduates to enter the tourism industry for employment.It is found through research that the first conclusion is that employment influencing factors have a significant positive impact on employment orientation,which is partially verified.After factor analysis and regression analysis,the significance levels of employment satisfaction factors for professional satisfaction and personal development opportunities in terms of employment orientation are both less than 0.05,and there are significant differences;salary treatment and employment attitude are significant levels in employment orientation greater than 0.05,there is no significant difference and professional satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employment orientation.The second conclusion is that employment influencingfactors have a significant positive impact on employment expectations and have been partially verified.After factor analysis and regression analysis,the professional satisfaction and salary treatment of employment influencing factors have a significance level of less than 0.05,with respect to employment expectations and there are significant differences;personal development opportunities and employment attitudes are significant levels in employment expectations greater than 0.05,there is no significant difference and professional satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employment orientation.Improving the employment situation of graduates majoring in tourism management can take countermeasures from the following aspects:The first suggestion is that schools need to strengthen employment guidance and optimize the teaching system;the second suggestion is that tourism enterprises need reasonable remuneration and improve the employment mechanism.
