In modern society,education plays an important role in the development of a country.China's vast rural areas are an important source of talents,and rural education is inseparable from rural teachers.Although the country now attaches more and more importance to the construction of rural teachers,but the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers is still serious.L district in Chongqing as foothold,this study through the literature method,questionnaire investigation,case interview method etc.Grasp the basic situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers,from the environmental policy and reality analysis the reasons of the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and finally put forward to alleviate the effective measures of rural teacher losing.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and innovative points;The second part introduces the core concepts and corresponding research theories.The third part is to introduce the loss of teachers in the country,sort out the basic situation of L district,show the types and characteristics of the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and the impact of the loss of a large number of rural primary and secondary school teachers;The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers from four aspects: economy,management,society and themselves.The fifth part based on the above analysis,combined with relevant policies,put forward the countermeasures to alleviate the loss of rural teachers.In the actual investigation of the present study found that rural female teachers than male teachers more easily lost.This is different from other studies,mainly because of the gap between the rural female teachers' high education and the reality and the family factors.From the point of view of research innovation,the countermeasures of this study focus on how to make new rural teachers "stay".When money is a problem,the investment of rural education funds should be strengthened to shorten the gap with urban school teachers in housing,medical care and other aspects of welfare;When the fund is not the key,we should focus on the construction of "people-oriented" humanistic environment,the reasonable establishment of regional teacher flow channels,expand the way of rural teachers in order to stabilize the ranks of rural teachers.
