With the deepening of education reform,the main position of students is paid more and more attention.This survey uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation record to explore the present situation of students' subjectivity in classroom teaching,and finds that students majoring in secretarial are lack of initiative and creativity in classroom teaching;teachers' teaching methods are single,ignoring students' subject position;the presentation of teaching content is single,which is difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning;the teaching content is simple The explanation focuses on entrance examination,which is not conducive to the training of professional skills required for secretarial posts;the curriculum content is divorced from the reality,students are prone to get tired of classroom psychology;the evaluation is single,which is not conducive to the overall development of students.From the four aspects of secondary vocational school students,teachers,school and society,the causes of the problems are: Students' learning motivation is not strong,the participation in the classroom is not high;students' ideals and beliefs are missing,the learning motivation in the classroom is insufficient;teachers do not pay enough attention to the classroom teaching,and the preparation work is not in place;the training system in school is not perfect,and teachers' training is ignored;the school supervision is not strong enough,and students are addicted to the Internet There is no time to invest in classroom learning;the teaching materials selected by secondary vocational schools are not targeted;the classroom teaching evaluation mechanism is not in place;the exam oriented education focuses on students' test scores unilaterally,and students develop the habit of passive learning.To improve the classroom teaching and give full play to the students' subjectivity,the measures that can be taken mainly include setting up the concept of students' subjectivity education and promoting the development of students' subjectivity;encouraging students to learn independently,setting up correct ideals and beliefs and enhancing students' consciousness of subjectivity;optimizing the classroom teaching process and stimulating students' learning motivation;strengthening teacher training and improving the timeliness and purpose of training Sex;optimize the network environment,strengthen the campus management,and create a good environment for students;based on post analysis,develop school-based teaching materials,and build curriculum teaching content suitable for students' development;evaluate the diversity of content,methods and subjects,and commit to the overall development of students;build a "smart classroom",create an efficient classroom,and stimulate students' awareness of classroom participation.
