According to the latest statistics,the number of applicants for postgraduate entrance examination in Colleges and universities nationwide increased by 93%compared with last year.Under this background,the postgraduate students'demand for postgraduate training will become higher and higher,and the postgraduate training market will still have a lot of room for development.Therefore,the question for postgraduate training institutions to consider is how to stand out among the many postgraduate institutions?How to get a certain advantage in the market competition?How to choose candidates who are interested in training institutions to choose the most suitable postgraduate institutions?Therefore,based on the students' perspective,this article studies the current situation of students in the postgraduate training institutions and the evaluation of their mixed competitiveness.Based on the perspective of students and consumers,analysis of training needs of postgraduate research training institutions.In this paper,Nanchang city's postgraduate entrance examination training institutions as an example.For some candidates of colleges and universities in Nanchang,the current situation of traineetraining needs is investigated from five aspects:gender、undergraduate colleges、colleges、majors and methods of participating training institutions.Based on the data which compiled on the basis of sample surveys to studythe participation of students in training institutions with the method of statistical test.There are differences in the application method,whether it is an inter-professional examination,and whether there are different institutions.The second part,firstintroduces mixed competitiveness based on the development status of postgraduate training institution with PEST analysis method and Mike Porter's five-force model.Mixed competitiveness includes offline competitiveness and online competitiveness.Then analysis of influencing factors of mixed competitivenessandconducts empirical research on mixed competitivenessof the postgraduate entrance examination training institutions in Nanchang.After searching the literature and actual investigation,using the principal component analysis method to screen the indicators,the offline competitiveness and online competitiveness evaluation index systems in the mixed competitiveness are constructed respectively.Then use the comprehensive evaluation model of Grey fuzzy based on AHP-improved entropy weight combination weighting to research on online competitiveness and offline competitiveness evaluation of postgraduate training institutions in Nanchang.The data used of the nine influential postgraduate training institutions in Nanchang(Wendu、New Oriental、Haiwen、Qihang、Haitian、Zhonggong、Tiancheng、Cross-examination、Juying).Finally,consider online competitiveness and offline competitiveness in a mixed way,should build a linear combination model to calculate the mixed competitiveness scores of postgraduate training institutions.As a result,analysis the competitive level of each postgraduate training institution,and then the cluster analysis was used to classify and evaluate the single-factor competitiveness characteristics.Put forward the effective strategies for improving their competitiveness were proposed in a targeted manner.Based on the training needs of the candidates for the postgraduate training institutions,we can see that the methods of participating in the training institutions are significantly different from the majors that apply for the exam,whether they are inter-professional exams,and the colleges that apply for the exam.There is a greater demand for offline services for postgraduate training institutions.According to the evaluation index system of online competitiveness and offline competitiveness constructed in this article,the most influential factor of offline competitiveness is the level of teachers.Other information are matching services,course services,brand image,teaching scale facilities,marketing,training culture.The degree of influence of the factors affecting online competitiveness is teacher level,teaching resources,marketing,and course interface.Finally,based on the results of mixed competitiveness evaluation in Nanchang,the highest mixed competitiveness is Qihang postgraduate training institutions,and is the first online competitiveness ranking of 9 postgraduate training institutions in Nanchang,so Qihang postgraduate training institutions have strong competitive advantages in Nanchang' institutional markets.Then the Wendu Postgraduate research training institution is the most competitive postgraduate research institute among the nine postgraduate training institutes in Nanchang,while the Zhonggong postgraduate research training institution has certain disadvantages in the online and offline competitiveness of the postgraduate training industry.As a result,the mixed competitiveness of Zhonggong postgraduate research training institution is in a weak position in the market of Nanchang postgraduate training institutions.Based on the cluster analysis and evaluation of its single factor score of mixed competitiveness,it can divide the nine postgraduate training institutions in Nanchang into four categories,which respectively represent similar characteristics and the same industry competitiveness level of postgraduate training institutions.Finally,article give some strategies and suggestions to improve the mixed competitiveness of postgraduate research training institution,based on the classified evaluation and the main influencing factors of the mixed competitiveness of postgraduate training institutions.
