The Research On The Application Of Camp Group Work In The Correction Of Teenagers' Deviant Behavior

Adolescence is a critical period of individual growth and development,as well as a special period of cognitive development of individual thinking,behavior habit cultivation and character quality cultivation.How to correctly and effectively guide the adolescence in this period in behavior,cognition,psychology and other aspects is of great importance to individual growth,family and social development.However,teenagers in this period are often prone to cognitive and behavioral biases due to their own sensitivities and fragility,family dysfunction,lack of emotional support,and external environment.If they fail to carry out timely and effective education and guidance,they may further intensify their psychological and behavioral biases and further affect their physical and mental development and personality development,family and social network development,social adaptive development,etc.At present,the field of intervention research on Teenagers' deviant behavior mainly focuses on schools and communities.This paper introduces the concept of camp group work,and studies the intervention of camp group work on the correction of teenagers' deviant behavior through combined with the research on Teenagers' education and social work camp education.Based on the community practice,the social workers in the camp explored and analyzed the theoretical application,the occurrence mechanism,the important influencing factors,the operation mechanism and the practical effect of the camp group work in the correction of teenagers' deviant behaviors.By using the rich and vivid camp experience education and the driving mechanism in the group work,they were the teenagers with deviant behaviors Carry out appropriate education and guidance,and test the effect of camp group work on the correction of teenagers' deviant behavior,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.H camp public welfare project in the Xiushui county is the main case of this study.Based on the practice of the project,the author conducts a practical study on the camp group work on the theme of teenagers' deviant behavior.The subjects of the study were 10 young group campers who were 11-16 years old and had certain deviant behaviors.According to the basic situation of the service object,a camp group with the theme of "glittering,mutual help andgrowth" is planned.It emphasizes the interactive experience between the individual and the environment in the camp education and the stimulation of the kinetic energy of the group,so as to help the campers improve peer relationship,family relationship,community interaction,self-awareness,social adaptation,social ability,etc.Through observation,interview and experiment,the author collects relevant practical research data,evaluates the intervention effect of the camp group through the change of cognition and behavior of the service objects before and after the intervention of the camp group,and puts forward practical optimization suggestions,and analyzes and summarizes the application of the camp group work in the correction of teenagers' deviant behavior in theory and practice,In order to better improve the work program of the camp group,correct teenagers' deviant behavior,and promote the healthy development of teenagers.
