In the research process of this paper,I have been thinking about two questions:"First,why the "morality and rule of law" classroom teaching model research?Second,how to strengthen the cultivation of students' ability in the course of morality and rule of law? With these considerations,combined with the actual school,the author entered the "moral and rule of law" classroom "three-ring five-step" teaching model in order to improve the teaching status quo,improve the teaching status quo.On the basis of studying the theoretical basis of the teaching model,the author,combined with his own teaching experience,carried out the action research of "three-ring and five-step" classroom model into the moral and rule-by-law class in junior middle school.In this paper,the "three-ring five-step"classroom model into the junior high school moral and rule of law teaching design,the implementation of two rounds of action research,trying to solve the problems in the classroom.In view of the problems,this paper makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of students' learning interest,students' understanding and mastery of knowledge,students' participation in class,time allocation,teaching link design and goal achievement,in order to improve the teaching effect of moral and rule of law class in junior middle school.Finally,the author makes a good prospect of this research: Students can complete the pre-class study plan seriously and independently,teachers can grasp the students' study situation according to the advanced homework,and have the pertinence teaching and learning in the classroom,so that the educational idea of "high quality and high efficiency" can be internalized and the moral and rule of law class can be lightened.
