The movement performance as the athlete's movement quality is no exception in the Dragon boat sport,and the functional movement screening(FMS)predicts the possible movement in the future through testing the basic movement performance of the human body to expose the lack of the basic movement and the risk of injury.The purpose of this study is to test the damage threshold of the Dragon boat sport by testing the FMS score of the mixed elite team of LiaoCheng University Dragon Boat Team,and make targeted corrective training programs.In this study,18 members of the mixed elite group of LiaoCheng University Dragon Boat Team were used as experimental subjects,and the research was carried out by literature,interview,mathematical statistics and experimental methods.The experimental methods mainly include:(1)FMS tests on 18 members of the Dragon Boat Team's mixed elite team;(2)Determining the damage status of the team members,judging the damage threshold of the Dragon boat sport through the ROC curve;(3)Correcting the training program through 6 weeks.authenticating.After experiment,it was found that:(1)The average FMS score of the team of the Dragon Boat Team of LiaoCheng University was 13.33 points,and the highest score in the7 test actions was 2.61 points,which represents the active straightness of the lower limb hamstring.The lower knee leg score was 1.83 points,which represents the core stability of the over-deep squat and the body stable push-up score of at least 1.44 points.The independent sample T test between different genders,paddles and training years was p>0.05,and the difference was not significant.(2)AUC>0.5 of the receiver characteristic curve(ROC curve)indicates that the curve is available.The best cut-off point(damage threshold)of the Dragon boat sport is 12.5 points by the sensitivity and specificity in the ROC curve coordinates.(3)After 6 weeks of corrective training for 6 players with scores below the injury threshold,the FMS score of the dragon boat player increased from 11.00 points to 13.83 points,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).After the analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusionsis:(1)Theflexibility and core stability of the Dragon boat players are poor.There is no difference in FMS scores between different genders,different training years and different paddles,which verifies the test of different categories of personnel in the FMS test;(2)Unlike the previous results of the FMS damage threshold,the damage threshold of the Dragon Boat sport was 12.5 points.It is shown from the side that the damage threshold varies with different populations,different projects,and different levels;(3)Corrective training was given to high-risk players through three aspects: muscle fascia relaxation,dynamic stretching and core stability exercises.Six members below the injury threshold improved in FMS scores.Improves the movement pattern.
