The development of network technology has not only penetrated into every corner of our lives,but also brought great changes to the field of education.The teaching community of urban and rural teachers supported by information technology comes into being under the background of current educational informatization.As one of the ways of teacher professional development,the teaching community of urban and rural teachers supported by information technology has been popularized in the whole country for its convenience and speed.For the vast and sparsely populated area,and economic and cultural differences,there is a big distance between rural and urban areas such as realistic problems,information technology support of urban and rural community,teachers' teaching for minority areas rural teachers never leave home the opportunity to learn,continue to help the teachers in the countryside and the transformation of teaching methods and update teaching ideas,realize the transmission of tacit experience,to promote common progress and development of urban and rural teachers in ethnic minority areas.Then what is the current situation of the teaching community of urban and rural teachers in northwest minority areas supported by information technology? What are the problems? What's causing the problem? What strategies should be developed to promote the development of the teaching community of urban and rural teachers in northwest minority areas supported by information technology? Based on these problems,this study adopts the methods of literature analysis and investigation and takes the teaching community of urban and rural teachers in northwest ethnic areas supported by information technology in F city,xinjiang province as an example to investigate the actual development status of the teaching community,summarize the deficiencies in the development process and analyze the relevant reasons.The study found that the current information technology to support the urban and rural area teachers teaching community development played a significant role in the rural school teachers in ethnic areas,but there are also some problems: community time arrangement is unreasonable,the appraisal mechanism and the lack of incentive mechanism,community learning content does not conform to the requirements,professional led become a mere formality,imperfect software tool platform,teachers did not establish Shared vision,a lack of internal support of faith,teachers' professional ability and the quality is not high,the professional development consciousness,thecontradiction in engineering problems.According to the problem,the author makes attribution,and puts forward eight strategies to solve the problem.Second,improve the organization and management system of the community and build a multi-party collaborative innovation mechanism.Establish a government-led collaborative organization and management mechanism among enterprises,operators and universities;Third,the unity clear community operation handle,internalizes the teacher participation behavior;Fourth,carry out leadership training and give play to the demonstration effect led by experts;Fifth,broaden the content and design the learning theme of teachers' needs in ethnic areas;Sixth,to understand the needs of teachers,the design of rural teachers in line with the needs of learning topics;Seventh,overall planning time layout,reasonable arrangement of teaching community learning time;Eighth,improve the communication platform and terminal,implement accurate support.
