| Objective To enhance the physique of teenagers is a health promotion project that the state attaches great importance to.In this study,junior high school students were given core strength training for 12 weeks to analyze whether core strength training could improve their physical performance and enhance their physical fitness.To explore a training method suitable for junior high school students,and then effectively improve the benefits of exercise.Methods Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper took 60 ordinary students from two classes of grade9 in the experimental school affiliated to Zhejiang Education Science Research Institute as the research objects,and randomly divided the two classes into experimental group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The experiment was conducted with double-blind method for 12 weeks,3 times per week.The experimental group received core strength training for 12 weeks,while the control group received traditional strength training for 12 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested on the physical test items and core strength evaluation indexes.At the end of the experiment,the experimental data were statistically analyzed by comparing between groups and between groups before and after the experiment.Results(1)In the comparison of experimental indexes between the experimental group and the control group,core strength evaluation index,high school physical examination project index and basic information of the research object were tested by independent sample T test before the experiment,and no significant difference was found between the groups(P>0.05),indicating that the experiment could be conducted according to the grouping.(2)In the comparison of core strength before and after the experimental group,there were significant differences between graded bow bridge and 1-minute supine rise(P< 0.05).The results of standing long jump,1-minute rope skipping,solid ball,pull-up,1-minute sit-up and swimming were significantly different in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the results of 1000 m and 800 m were not significantly different(P>0.05).(3)In the comparison of core strength before and after the experiment in the control group,there were no significant differences in the graded bow bridge of male students,the graded bow bridge of female students and the rise of both ends of 1-minute supine(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in the rise of both ends of 1-minute supine of male students(P<0.05).In the control group,there were significant differences in standing long jump,1-minute jump rope,solid ball,pull-up and1-minute sit-up(P<0.05),but no significant differences in 1000 m,800m and swimming(P>0.05).(4)After the experiment,the core strength of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment,the results of physical examination in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),while the results of standing long jump,1-minute jump rope,pull-up,1000 m and 800 m were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)After 12 weeks of core strength training,reflect the middle core stability and atresia type power grade of chain links prone bridge and reflect the core strength endurance for 1 minute on both ends up scores significantly improved,explain the core strength training can effectively improve the level of junior middle school students of core stability and core strength endurance,effectively improve the body atresia type power chain integrity.(2)Core strength training focuses on the development of students' abilities of stability,balance and coordination.It can mobilize more muscle fibers and muscle groups to participate in sports,and improve students' abilities of various sports in an overall and balanced way,thus comprehensively improving students' performance in the physical fitness test in the high school entrance examination.(3)After the experiment,it can be seen from the performance comparison of various events that core strength training is obviously superior to traditional strength training in the solid ball,1-minute sit-ups and swimming events,which indicates that core strength training can better improve the performance of solid ball,1-minute sit-ups and swimming events.(4)There are some differences between traditional strength training and core strength training,but it is not a negation of traditional strength training. |
