| As an important part of school education,curriculum implementation has an important impact on the quality of school education.Through the questionnaire survey of students and indepth interviews with teachers,this study explores the process of curriculum implementation from the aspects of curriculum content,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation,curriculum resources,students' learning status,teachers' status,etc.The students' questionnaire adopts the questionnaire of Xiao Yang of Guangxi Normal University-"questionnaire of the present situation of etiquette teaching in secondary vocational school".In this survey,120 questionnaires were sent out,and the recovery rate was 100%,among which 108 are valid questionnaires,and the effective rate is 90%.Through the investigation,it is found that: the course content of social etiquette in this school is not closely related to life and major;teachers often use a single method,while students want teachers to use more methods;teachers mostly use a single form to examination,and students want teachers to use a variety of methods;most students study this course because it is a compulsory course or for passing the examination,and the motivation level is low;teachers are competent for the teaching,but they need to improve professional knowledge and skills;the course materials in the library are not rich enough,and the construction of the training room is endless.It is found that the following problems still exist in the course of implementation: the old teaching concept;the traditional teaching mode of social etiquette,;the lack of professional training for teachers;the gap between the course content and market demand;the lack of interaction in teaching methods;the lack of rich curriculum resources;the lack of practice in evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: changing traditional concepts;carrying out various activities to stimulate and cultivate students' learning motivation;strengthening the construction of teaching staff;understanding the needs of enterprises and strengthening the practicability of teaching content;selecting a variety of teaching methods to cultivating students' professional ability,;making full use of curriculum resources to improve teaching conditions;setting up modern evaluation concept and paying attention to the progress and success of students. |
