With the rapid development of economy and the increasing importance of human resources,the society has a deeper requirement for the cultivation of talents.More and more enterprises hope to have more practical,faster into the work of skilled personnel to serve the company.Vocational education has the characteristics of focusing on the training of practical skilled personnel in line with the new requirements of social and economic development.In this context,China's vocational education ushered in the reform and development of the historical opportunity period.Vigorously developing vocational education is not only a driving force for better and more stable economic operation,but also a strategic breakthrough in China's current and future educational reform and development.Secondary vocational education,as one of the main bodies of vocational education,has an important responsibility for training skilled talents with high efficiency.About how to develop quickly to the work,in the working process of highquality skilled personnel,to make them better able to solve the problem of employment,and contribute to economic development,the key point is that the school can according to the requirement of the enterprise to the talent quality and the characteristics of the students' learning,a more reasonable professional curriculum,cultivate can meet the demand of employment market of graduates.However,due to the shortage of liberal arts majors in curriculum construction,many schools are not able to better cultivate students to meet the needs of enterprise talents,which aggravates the employment problem of students.This paper takes the curriculum setting of international business major of Dalian XX secondary vocational school as the research object.On the basis of sorting out relevant concepts and literature review at home and abroad,it firstly conducts an in-depth investigation on the current curriculum setting of international business major of XX secondary vocational school.And analysis of Dalian international business professionals demand,inductive unit of choose and employ persons to the professional quality of the talent requires,then according to these requirements to establish international business professional demand evaluation form,in-depth analysis of professional quality requirements weight by compared with Dalian XX secondary vocational school curriculum situation;On this basis,analyze the career needs-oriented Dalian XX secondary vocational school international business professional curriculum problems;Finally,it puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for the optimization and adjustment of XX secondary vocational school's curriculum setting and new curriculum setting.
