As China enters an aging society,the elderly population increases and the social burden increases.It is very important for the elderly to understand health knowledge and have a healthy lifestyle.However,the existing application functions of health knowledge learning are relatively complicated,and the operation is very cumbersome,which is not suitable for the elderly to learn and use.This study designed and developed a health knowledge learning system for the elderly,which aims to help the elderly understand basic health knowledge and apply it in real life to enhance health awareness,improve quality of life,and have a healthy lifestyle.In this study,in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the elderly,combined with the Theory of Contextual Learning,designed and developed a health knowledge learning system suitable for the elderly.Through the analysis of cognitive-discovery learning theory,meaningful acceptance learning theory and situational cognitive theory,we summarize the connotation of the Theory of Contextual Learning and its integration with the system.Focusing on the daily life of the elderly,it has designed content related to the nutritional mix of food,sports suitable for the elderly,and methods of regulating emotions.Combining the elements of instructional design with the connotation of the Theory of Contextual Learning,a model of instructional design guided by the Theory of Contextual Learning is constructed,including learning objectives for problem solving,learner characteristics with connections as analysis points,and diversified Learning content,interactive learning activities,non-linear learning process,learning strategies with metacognitive literacy and learning evaluation that emphasizes internalization of knowledge,combined with formative evaluation and summative evaluation during the process,both enrich the Theory of Contextual Learning and broadens the application field of the Theory of Contextual Learning.In order to give the elderly a greater choice,fully mobilize their interest in learning,and presenting the learning content in a variety of ways,including pictures and text,video animation and game interaction,etc.,use software Photoshop to edit pictures,Focusky edit video animation,and finally these materials Import into Unity3 D software to develop and integrate interactive game modules.The feedback of the health knowledge learning system for the elderly under the guidance of the Theory of Contextual Learning randomly selects the elderly to try the system through questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward suggestions and opinions.Due to the limited technical level,the current development of this system is relatively simple,and the content covered is relatively limited.As the application deepens and the technology continues to mature,more health knowledge suitable for the elderly can be added to it.The elderly health knowledge learning system is designed and developed by analyzing the characteristics of the elderly and combining with the Theory of Contextual Learning.It is easy to operate and suitable for the elderly to learn and use.The elderly can combine their actual experience to understand health knowledge and apply it to life to have a healthy lifestyle and maintain good health.
