A Study On The Cultivation Of Factory Apprentices In Modern China

As As a vocational training system,apprenticeship has a long history in China.Since modern times,with the rise of capitalist mode of production in China,the organizational form of industrial production has been evolving,so the traditional apprenticeship system has also begun to evolve in this context,and the apprenticeship system has started the transformation of industrialization."Modern factory apprentice" evolved from the traditional apprenticeship system.It came into being with the emergence of factories in the process of modern industrial development.Factory apprentice is also called "Apprentice","Apprentice","trainee" and "nurturing worker" in different historical backgrounds.Although there are various appellations for apprentices of modern factories in China,in general,they are all for the purpose of training applied technical talents in line with the development of modern industry.In modern China,factory apprenticeship training has its own unique operation system in apprenticeship recruitment,master selection,training content,management and evaluation.By combing and analyzing it,we can see that the modern factory apprentice training has the following characteristics: first,the sources of modern factory apprentices in China are diverse,and the recruitment process is strict,which changes from closed hereditary to public recruitment,which makes the apprentices break the geographical restrictions in the scope of recruitment and get rid of the single way of traditional apprentice recruitment.Secondly,the relationship between apprentice and master is weakening or even abolishing,and the relationship between apprentice and master is changing from feudal patriarchal system to employment.Third,the content of factory apprenticeship training in modern China is extensive.The content of factory apprenticeship training involves basic knowledge,knowledge and skills of different specialties,and also pays attention to humanistic cultivation,professional ethics and patriotism.The introduction of modern western science subjects is no longer a scattered and fragmented form of family,but a centralized Western class teaching system.Fourth,the modern factory apprentices in our country pay attention to practicality in the way of training,pay attention to the combination of theoretical knowledge teaching and practical training in the classroom.Fifthly,the modern factory apprenticeship training in our country has multi cooperation,that is,cooperation among government,school and enterprise.Sixthly,the cultivation of factory apprentices in modern China is cruel.Modern factory apprentices were the product of the semi feudal and semi colonial society in old China,so they were oppressed by capitalism and feudalism.In the context of modern large-scale machine production,"Apprentice" is the candidate of "formal worker" in the factory.The whole process of apprentice training in the factory is controlled by the enterprise.The enterprise has absolute control over the "Apprentice" from recruitment to outlet.As an important force in the process of promoting the development of modern society,factory apprentices occupy an important position in the society.Through the cultivation and standardization of factory apprentices,it is not only conducive to improving the quality of apprentices themselves,but also reserves a group of high-quality technical talents for the development of our national industry,which greatly promotes the development of our modern social economy.
