With the continuous development and change of society,the competition for talents is increasingly fierce.Therefore,students are required to master not only rich professional knowledge and skilled professional skills,but also innovative ability,dialectical thinking,critical thinking,unity and cooperation spirit,competition,flexibility and adaptability.Nowadays,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in the country is gradually expanding,the number of students in the school is increasing,and the differences between students are becoming more and more prominent.How teachers treat the differences in students' learning has become a very critical problem in the classroom.According to the current situation of volleyball teaching,the basic structure and composition of volleyball tactics,combined with the actual situation of the students themselves,this research takes the students majoring in physical education as the experimental object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,etc.,experiments and mathematical statistics.On the basis of detailed analysis of the function and characteristics of various teaching methods,this paper puts forward general teaching methods and double teaching methods to improve the quality of volleyball tactics teaching and to integrate the functions and characteristics of various teaching methods to teach volleyball basic tactics Introducing different teaching modes and designing reasonable and effective teaching methods are effective reference methods for volleyball technique and tactics teaching.The practical value of the teaching mode of "grasping two points" in the teaching of general tactical courses in volleyball offensive has been verified through teaching experiments.Theoretical analysis of the experimental results shows that:1.Conclusion:(1)"Double Points" teaching method can effectively cultivate students' tactical awareness,improve students' theoretical level,cognitive ability and practical ability,improve students' technical and tactical application ability,and further improve students' competitive level.(2)"Double Points" teaching method can promote students' self-efficacy and enhance their enthusiasm and self-confidence in participating in sports.(3)"Double Points" teaching method can effectively cultivate students' interest in learning,arouse students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning,improve the quality of teaching,help students engage in this sport for a long time,cultivate students' physical and mental needs and learning objectives,and cultivate students' habit of lifelong exercise.(4)"Double Points" teaching method can improve group cohesion,cultivate students' spirit of cooperation and competition,enhance students' competitive consciousness,and the ability of cooperation and competitive communication within the team can promote the socialization development of students' personality.(5)"Double Points" teaching method plays an extremely important role in volleyball general courses It fully embodies the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,which can be taken care of by students at all levels.It also reflects the fairness of education and reduces polarization.Through the experimental study of the "double points" teaching method in volleyball general courses in physical education colleges,the advantages are found out,which provides certain reference value for the development and promotion of volleyball teaching in the future,provides new ideas and opens up new horizons for volleyball teaching.It provides new impetus for volleyball teaching and also hopes to be helpful for the steady progress and rapid development of volleyball education in our country.
