At present,the management ability of school administrative institutions and the professional level of administrative personnel are directly related to the improvement of the level of competitive advantage of the school,and the performance evaluation of administrative institutions is the most important and the weakest part of the school management system.The performance appraisal of school administrators is related to the reform of school administration.To change the work and service attitude of school administrators can effectively promote the improvement of school administration efficiency.At present,the performance evaluation of school administrators is an important part of its human resource management system,which is closely related to management,organizational behavior and sociology.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the performance appraisal of school administrators from different aspects and perspectives.The author mainly starts from the performance management theory,takes the achievement management as the theoretical research foundation,USES the collection many materials and the interview and so on a series of materials,takes the ZQ institute as the example,carries on the omni-directional analysis to this school's administrative personnel performance appraisal situation.This paper focuses on the performance appraisal of ZQ college's administrative institutions,summarizes the defects and problems in the appraisal process,and the impact of these problems on the efficiency of school administration.On this basis,according to the problems existing in the performance evaluation process of ZQ college administration,the corresponding strategies are proposed.Specifically,based on the balanced scorecard as the foundation,based on the AHP method and other methods to build the school administrative performance evaluation system,through the way of combining the commonness and characteristics of the administrative agencies of the schools "function to perform the responsibility" performance indicators such as thinning,and with ZQ institutions of a particular institution as instance,based on the status quo of the school administrative performance management to build the perfect performance examination system,allocation of the corresponding weighting,and established the appraisal link performance appraisal process,in order to provide some theoretical reference to later scholars.The content structure of this paper mainly includes the following six parts: the first part is the introduction,including research significance,method,content and innovation;The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.The theoretical basis includes the basic principles and methods of performance appraisal.The third part is a case study of the current situation and problems of the performance appraisal of the administrative departments of colleges and universities.The author selected ZQ college as an example to analyze the current situation of the performance appraisal of the administrative department of the school.And on this basis the performance appraisal of the administrative departments of colleges and universities problems and their causes are analyzed.The fourth part is the construction of the performance appraisal system for the administrative departments of colleges and universities.Specifically,it includes the establishment principles and objectives of the performance appraisal system of the administrative departments of colleges and universities.Construction of the performance appraisal index system of the administrative departments of colleges and universities;The determination of the weight of the performance appraisal index of the administrative departments of colleges and universities;The application of performance appraisal system in administrative departments of colleges and universities.The fifth part is the administrative department of theperformance of the system of safeguard measures,the author also puts forward several Suggestions on the following five aspects: create a high performance consciousness of campus cultural atmosphere,human resources management system innovation,optimize the design of the integrated performance appraisal process,training and mobilization of the participants in the performance evaluation,and carry out strategy performance management system.The sixth part is the research conclusion and practical enlightenment.
