The performance evaluation of university administrative staff occupies an importantposition in the overall performance evaluation of the school.Theperformance evaluation system of the administrative department directly affects the performance results of the administrative staff.Therefore,universities should establish a good performance evaluation system based on the overall development goals of the school and the specific level of the personnel.In this process,reasonable performance evaluation methods should be adopted to improve the work efficiency of the administrative departmen.t.Rate.This paper first expounds the influence of the research environment and conclusions on the real society,and then summarizes the characteristics and reality of efficient performance management at home and abroad,so as to improve the performan ce evaluation system of administrative staff,which can promote the development of the school and facilitate the follow-up management.By summarizing the methods and basic theories of performance evaluation,this paper lays a good foundation for the follow-up study of the performance evaluation system of administrative staff in XX University.Secondly,taking XX University as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation of high-efficiency administrative personnel from the aspects of evaluation content,cycle,process and classification,summarizes the problems of unclear management objectives,nonstandard evaluation standards and lack of incentive measures,and then analyzes the causes.T hirdly,the balanced scorecard method is used to construct the performance evaluation mechanism of university administrative personnel from four dimensions:customer service,internal department,progress and promotion,finance and resources.On this basis,the relevant analysis method is used to evaluate the performance of 40 efficient administrative personnel and get comprehensive evaluation scores.Finally,combined with the results of performance evaluation and the above analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the performance evaluation of administrative personnel from the aspects of the degree of emphasis on performance management,the rationality of performance management,administrative personnel training,incentive measures,management standardization,etc.
