Construction And Empirical Research On Influencing Factors Of Innovation Performance Of Group Innovation Space In Universities

The group innovation space of colleges and universities makes use of the talents,technologies,platforms,policies and other advantages of the colleges and universities where it is located,and plays an important role in promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research,and the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.The biggest difference from other group innovation spaces lies in the public welfare nature of the group innovation spaces in colleges and universities.Different from other general entrepreneurial behaviors in the society,entrepreneurial projects relying on the group innovation space in universities can also be regarded as an extension of innovation activities in universities.Most of the existing performance evaluation is based on input-output model,focusing on financial performance evaluation.It is unreasonable and unscientific to simply apply the existing indicator system.The difference of the positioning of the group innovation space in universities determines the necessity of the differentiated evaluation standard.As a new service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,group innovation space has a short history of development.At present,academic research on it is still in its infancy,and the specialized group innovation space led by universities is especially deficient.Grounded theory research method is suitable for this new research field which lacks mature theoretical basis and existing panel data.It requires to follow a set of strict research procedures and construct the theory from bottom to top by mining and analyzing the real data.Based on the above considerations,in order to supplement the theoretical basis of the scientific evaluation system of group innovation space in universities and provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments and managers,this paper introduces the grounded theory research method,aiming to explore the key influencing factors of group innovation space in universities and colleges from the perspective of innovation performance.On the basis of defining the concept and combing the relevant research,based on the reasons of regional distribution,host types of colleges and universities and the level of qualification,this thesis selects eight national universities in Guangdong province the gen space to carry out the construction and operation of the field investigation and interview,by grounded theory to obtain the firsthand material coding,it is concluded that three main categories,nine categories and basic category of 25,preliminary established based on the practice and the influence factors of representative theory model.To put forward the theoretical assumptions in this thesis,to distribution in six administrative regions of the country’s 236 in the relevant person in charge of the space and entrepreneurial teams in colleges and universities scale questionnaire,through exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis of empirical research to verify the relationship of the influencing factors and innovation performance,and then to test the model of theory.All three hypotheses are proved by empirical tests.The research shows that :(1)the innovation performance of the group innovation space in universities is composed of three dimensions: the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team,organizational management and entrepreneurial environment.(2)the innovation performance of the group innovation space in colleges and universities is composed of three dimensions: innovation output,talent training effect and regional interaction effect.(3)the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team,organization management and the innovation of the entrepreneurial environment in colleges and universities the gen space output,personnel training and regional interaction effects on the effectiveness of the efforts,and the effect is different,should according to the specific effect,the influence factor of the three dimensions in policy making,evaluation system and operation mechanism to tilt,and priority in the development countermeasures.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures to improve the innovation performance of the group innovation space in universities.
