Research On Social Work Service Projects Promoting Community Micro-Governance

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the community governance system,push the focus of social governance down to the grassroots level,play an important role of social organization,and realize the benign interaction between government governance and social regulation and residents 'autonomy.In the large pattern of modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,social organization will be an indispensable force in this transformation,and it will exert more and more important influence.Social work is a profession about how to help others scientifically.The unique professional values of social work determine its irreplaceable position in the practice of community micro-governance.Due to the support of policies,the government has begun to vigorously implement the government purchase service system.The government purchases professional services from social work agencies,such as the "neighborhood" social work service project in Taicang City.This article takes the D community of Taicang as the research object,and conducts research in combination with the development of community micro-governance projects in social work in other parts of the country.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part,introduction.Mainly discusses the research background,purpose,significance,method,theoretical basis and literature review of this article.The second part,social work service projects promote community micro-governance case analysis.Taking the D community micro-governance in the Y social work agency service project as an example,this paper analyzes the implementation subject and path of its micro-governance through the status of the D community and its superior resources,and elaborate on the development of the D community micro-governance project.In the third part,social work service projects promote the effectiveness and deficiencies of community micro-governance.First,it elaborated on the outstanding results of social work service projects to promote community micro-governance: through community microgovernance projects,the happiness of community residents was improved,the community environment was cleaner and better,accelerated the flow of social capital,and effectivelyinspired the community Volunteer services,etc.;Second,it discusses the shortcomings of the social work service project to promote community micro-governance: the services provided by social workers do not match the actual needs of community residents,the community residents 'awareness of participating in micro-governance is weak,and community workers and The role of social workers is unclear,the results of community micro-governance cannot be effectively maintained,the service lacks follow-up,and the social organizations in the community are not highly active.In the fourth part,the social work service project further promotes the optimization path analysis of community micro-governance.The specific implementation steps of community micro-governance in social work service projects are elaborated in detail: First,in the process of establishing a community micro-governance project,collect the “micro wish” of community residents,and establish the “micro project".Secondly,in the "micro-action" joint "microorganization",nurture community elites,exert community "soft power",vigorously promote the multi-agent community to solve community problems collaboratively,stimulate the enthusiasm of community organizations,promote the organic integration of social capital.Once again,create a "micro platform" for community residents,that is,"feedback platform" and"discussion platform",so that community residents have a way to express their needs and problems,and in the process of solving problems,gradually increase the awareness and selfownership of community residents Management level.Eventually,the needs and problems of residents will be properly resolved.Finally,stimulate the internal power of the community,improve its self-government ability,establish a harmonious neighborhood network,and promote the formation of autonomous groups.
