Education is the foundation of our country.Art education is an important part of education,music is the basic unit of art,music education is the basic content of quality education,which plays an important role in the overall development of people.Not only that,in rural primary and secondary education,music education plays an important role in cultivating students' artistic quality and improving their personality.However,there are also some problems in music education in rural primary and secondary schools,such as:people in rural areas generally do not pay attention to art education,they have little understanding of music education,do not realize the humanistic function of music education,and think that learning music is not useful for students' learning and development;the conditions of music education in rural primary and secondary schools are relatively poor,so The teaching conditions are not conducive to the development of music education;the overall literacy of rural primary and secondary school students is generally low,and there is a long way to go from the overall development of talents;the professional literacy of rural primary and secondary school music teachers is generally low,there is no overall control over the development of music education,and teaching skills are relatively weak,etc.Therefore,in rural areas,the development of music education in primary and secondary schools is difficult.This paper takes Ye County of Pingdingshan City as the research case,takes Ye County's music education in rural primary and secondary schools as the research object,analyzes the current situation of local music education in rural primary and secondary schools,finds out the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the current music education in rural primary and secondary schools.The research of this topic is of great significance to improve the level of music education in rural primary and secondary schools: 1.It is conducive to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform and the development of quality education;2.It can further enrich the theoretical research in the field of music education in rural areas,and provide reference and suggestions for the development of music education in rural primary and secondary schools;3.Through the investigation of the real situation of music education in local rural primary and secondary schools Situation,can cause the attention of the local education department;4,through the investigation,it is conducive to the local music teachers to reflect on their own teaching situation and improve their own teaching ability;5,the research of this topic can improve the students' aesthetic ability and aesthetic needs to a certain extent.This paper mainly discusses from the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance and purpose of this topic,summarizes the current situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas,theoretical significance and practical value of the research.The second part is the second chapter,Ye County Rural Primary and secondary school music education status survey and analysis.This part analyzes the current situation of music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County,Pingdingshan City,defines the scope of the survey,and according to the data collected by the questionnaire and the results of statistics,analyzes the interest of rural primary and secondary school students in music learning,the music teaching conditions of the school,the number of music teachers,professional quality,teaching level and other issues.The third part is the third chapter,the key factors that affect music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County.This part finds out the key factors that affect the music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County,Pingdingshan City.For example,the local government does not pay enough attention to music education,few music courses are offered in schools,parents do not support children's music learning,there is a lack of professional music talents in rural areas,the education concept of music teachers is backward,professional skills are insufficient,teaching facilities are simple and so on.The fourth part is the fourth chapter,the development strategy of music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County.This part discusses the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County.The fifth part is the conclusion,that is to summarize the whole paper.This part combs the main problems and improvement ideas of music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Ye County,and makes clear the direction of future efforts.
