Investigation And Improvement Suggestions On Learning Management Strategies Of High School Physics Critical Students

Critical students are the group with the greatest development potential in the process of high school education and teaching.The successful transformation of critical students is conducive to the formation of a good learning atmosphere and the overall development of students.Critical students,as the students in the middle of the class,are often the groups who get the least care and attention in the process of education and teaching,and are also the most easily ignored.Therefore,to pay attention to the development of critical students,stimulate their learning motivation,improve their learning efficiency,and gradually transform them into "excellent students" is a good embodiment of the "people-oriented" requirements in the new curriculum standard.According to the critical students in a high school,especially the critical students in physics,their learning attitude,learning method,learning effect and transformation effect has been studied by means of teaching observation,interview,questionnaire survey and data analysis.It has been found that the implementation effect of the learning management strategy for the the critical students in physics is not obvious.Improvement suggestions has been put forward to promote the psychological development of high school the critical students in physics and improve the conversion efficiency of physics critical students,which has provided reference for the education and teaching of middle school physics.
