Culture is a kind of accumulation and cohesion of the state and the nation on the spiritual level,and the unique classroom culture appears when the national culture is limited in a classroom.Due to their different national cultures,the classroom culture of Zhongtai middle school also presents different characteristics,with certain differences in the concept of classroom education,curriculum setting and assessment system,classroom teacher-student relationship,classroom problem behavior and effective management,classroom teaching methods,etc.Specifically speaking,in terms of classroom education concept,China focuses on talent education and exam oriented education,while Thailand focuses on adult education and quality education;in terms of curriculum setting and assessment system,China's basic stage curriculum setting is relatively simple and assessment methods are unified,while Thailand's curriculum setting and assessment methods are relatively diverse;in terms of teacher-student relationship,China's basic education level The teacher-student relationship of Duan is more serious and standardized,while the teacher-student relationship in Thailand tends to be free and harmonious.In the aspect of classroom problem behavior and effective management,the classroom problems of Chinese students at the basic stage are less and hidden,which generally do not disturb and disrupt the normal teaching progress,and the management is more unified and efficient,while the classroom problems of Thai students are more and more obvious,often affecting Normal teaching schedule requires teachers to pay more time and energy and adopt flexible ways to deal with it in time.In the aspect of classroom teaching method,the Chinese basic stage classroom teaching method is relatively simple and efficient,and generally adopts the direct teaching method,while the Thai classroom teachers often use a variety of flexible teaching methods,and do not pursue too much classroom capacity.Chinese teachers in Thailand should be aware of the differences between Chinese and Thai middle school classroom culture,actively change their thinking concepts,cultivate national teaching awareness,integrate into the local teaching environment,not only infiltrate Chinese excellent classroom culture in Thai Chinese classroom,but also copy it completely.We should also change our identity from a simple knowledge teacher to a guide of students' interests,not to pursue the total amount of knowledge in a class,increase the interaction between teachers and students in the class,and cultivate a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.In view of the serious and explicit classroom problem behaviors in Thai middle schools,effective management is carried out from the aspects of classroom physical environment,classroom discipline and classroom atmosphere building.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of Thai students,we use a variety of classroom teaching methods,pay attention to the effective interaction in the classroom,increase students' interest in learning,and reduce cross-cultural conflict.
