As a basic aesthetic education course in ordinary middle schools,music is an important way for schools to implement aesthetic education.Music is an art of hearing and does not have the certainty of meaning and the concreteness of physical form.Therefore,it becomes especially important for teachers to cultivate students' sense of musical rhythm in junior high school.The cultivation of musical rhythm is to build bridges in three aspects: musical aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding.This study selects the junior high school students of jinchang No.4 Middle School as the research object.Firstly,through observation,we understand the current situation of cultivating students' sense of music rhythm in junior high school music teaching,and briefly analyze the problems.Secondly,literature analysis and study of relevant theories are carried out to lay a scientific and rational knowledge foundation for the development of action research.Finally,according to the designed teaching activity plan,carry out action research and implementation.According to the music teaching plan for the first grade of the junior high school,three songs are selected from the music teaching materials to design the teaching activities in three stages.From the students' initial experience of simple rhythm teaching to learning more complex rhythm,the multi-level comprehensive rhythm teaching is finally carried out.After the process of "implementation-reflection-adjustment",the teaching program for training junior high school students' sense of music rhythm has been continuously improved.The results of this study show that from the perspective of the implementation effect of music rhythm teaching,it not only promotes teachers' self-growth,but also changes their teaching concepts.The improvement of students' sense of music rhythm has developed their aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding.From the practical results of music rhythm teaching,teachers should use flexible teaching methods according to the age characteristics of students to satisfy students' emotional experience and independent expression of music.Finally,based on the shortcomings of this study,it is suggested that primary and secondary schools should continue to strengthen the continuing education of teachers and establish a correct and reasonable concept of music teaching.And explore and try to use more music teaching software to improve the timeliness of music teaching.
