With the rapid development of all aspects of society,graduate students will become indispensable talents.In recent years,the trend of applying for graduate students is on the rise,and the number of students is increasing sharply.In 2020,the north and the central and western regions will expand the enrollment of professional master's students.While colleges and universities increase the enrollment of professional master's students,the education and training quality of graduate students will become a new problem.There are differences in the development of graduate education in northwest China due to geographical location and slow economic development.In recent ten years,the development of China's professional postgraduate education shows that there are differences in the training level of sports postgraduate students in different regions,which are reflected in the training process,teaching environment,the degree of facilities,faculty and other factors.China and foreign countries have different educational models and training processes,and foreign countries pay more attention to the cultivation of postgraduate ability and creativity.Through to the northwest area sports master physical education teaching field graduate student training program and the implementation process research.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the training program and its implementation.Through the study of the postgraduates training program and its implementation process in the field of physical education of master of Physical Education in northwest China,and combining with the actual situation,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for improving the postgraduates training program.It is hoped that the training quality of postgraduates in the field of PE teaching in northwest China can be guaranteed.This paper mainly USES the method of literature review,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Seven universities in northwest China(Northwest Normal University,Northwest University for Nationalities,Ningxia University,Xinjiang Normal University,Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education,Shanxi Normal University,Xi 'an University of Technology)were investigated for theirtraining programs,and seven universities were investigated for their tutors and postgraduates in the field of physical education.The relevant materials and data were sorted out,and the main parts were analyzed in terms of training objectives,curriculum setting,faculty,practice,degree requirements,etc.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates in the field of physical education of master of Physical Education in northwest China and puts forward practical and feasible Suggestions according to the problems,providing reference for improving the cultivation and education of postgraduates.Through the research,it is found that the training objectives of postgraduates in the field of physical education teaching for master of Physical Education in northwest China are relatively reasonable,the professional objectives of physical education teaching are not perfect,and the cognition of the training objectives of postgraduates is weak.The curriculum setting is basically reasonable,which can basically meet the theoretical learning of graduate students.The tutor reports that the postgraduate students have poor skills and lack of courses of motor skills.The construction of tutors in various colleges is reasonable,and aging phenomenon will exist in some colleges in the next few years.Through the analysis of practice content and practice process,it is found that the content is reasonable,the practice process can not be guaranteed,and the practice assessment mechanism is not perfect.The graduate student obtains the degree the request quite reasonable,the graduate student has the difficulty in writing the dissertation.Suggestions are put forward according to the corresponding conclusions: to improve the professional training objectives of postgraduates in the field of physical education for master of Physical Education,and to improve the clarity of training objectives of students and tutors through moral education,professional requirements,basic quality and ideological morality.We should improve the learning environment for postgraduates,improve the prospective content of scientific research,offer sports skills courses,and ensure the training of postgraduates' skills.Improve research facilities and teaching environment,reserve teachers to improve the aging phenomenon of tutors.Increase the internship opportunities for students to exercise their professional ability,strengthen the supervision of the internship process,and improve the internship assessment and evaluation mechanism.We will increase the minimum length ofschooling for postgraduates to three years,and strengthen students' ability to learn professional skills and scientific research from their supervisors.
