Research On The Training Scheme Of Postgraduates In Physical Education And Training In Universities In Northwest China

According to their academic qualifications,the status of Postgraduates in China's colleges and universities belongs to a higher level of education.With the popularization of higher education in China and the significant increase in the number of Postgraduates enrolled each year,the postgraduates of physical education and training are an important part of the cultivation of academic postgraduates.A large number of excellent sports talents in China come from the training and training of physical education,which has made great contributions to the development of school physical education.With the rapid increase of the number of Postgraduates enrolled in every university every year,the cultivation of Postgraduates in physical education and training will face opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the enrollment scale of Postgraduates in physical education and training has been developing rapidly,the number of postgraduates is increasing,and the ranks are expanding constantly;on the other hand,how to guarantee the postgraduates in physical education and training?The quality of postgraduate training has become a concern of sports colleges and society,so it needs continuous research.Northwest China is a region with slow development of science,technology,economy and education,which is also the focus of postgraduate training of physical education major in Colleges and universities.It has abundant physical education resources.So how to ensure the quality of postgraduate training of physical education and training in Northwest China,it is worthwhile to deepen the teaching reform and development of postgraduate training of physical education and training.We think and study.This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logo analysis to make a thorough study of the master's tutors of physical education and training and the postgraduate students of physical education and training teaching in five universities in Northwest China(Shaanxi Normal University,Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,Northwest Normal University,Qinghai Normal University,Xinjiang Normal University).Based on the analysis of the current training program,this paper discusses the training links of entrance examination catalogue,training objectives,curriculum setting,learning and training process,tutors,scientific research training and dissertation,and sums up theproblems existing in the training process of master's degree students in physical education and training in Northwest China,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The purpose of this study is to provide reliable and accurate information for graduate education management departments and relevant graduate training units to fully understand the status quo of postgraduate training in physical education and training.It has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance to promote the development of postgraduate training of physical education and training in Northwest China towards a more scientific and rational direction.The research finds that:(1)the training objectives of five universities in Northwest China are lack of diversification and individualization;(2)the training direction of five universities is more strict and their learning years are less flexible;(3)the curriculum of five universities is more reasonable and the research practice activities are less;(4)the teaching methods are more flexible,and the communication between graduate students and tutors is less active;(5)the structure of tutors is more reasonable,and graduate students lack autonomy.Learning;(6)Postgraduate dissertation requirements are more stringent,but the ability of postgraduate research is not strong.According to the relevant conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)according to the needs of the current society for graduate students,scientifically and rationally formulate training objectives;(2)strictly implement the training direction and implement flexible length of schooling;(3)improve the graduate curriculum system,pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability;(4)update the teaching methods,strengthen the exchange of graduate students' initiative and mentors;(5)optimize the tutor team and improve it.Postgraduate's Self-regulated Learning Ability;(6)Strengthen the ability of scientific research and innovation and improve the quality of dissertations.
