As one of the professional degree fields of physical education in China,the training goal of physical education teaching is to cultivate senior application-oriented talents who can adapt to the development needs of modern school physical education courses,master modern teaching theories and methods and professional knowledge,timely track the frontier of physical education teaching,have high comprehensive literacy,and be competent for physical education teaching and sports work management.Attaching importance to the cultivation of postgraduate teaching ability in the field of physical education master’s degree is an inevitable requirement to ensure the quality of postgraduate training of master’s degree in physical education,adapt to the reform and development of school sports in the new era,and also meet the actual needs of professional degree postgraduate employment.Using the literature method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy method,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,drawing on the relevant ability evaluation research of domestic and foreign scholars on the field of physical education master’s degree physical education,referring to the postgraduate training program of physical education master’s degree in some domestic universities and the theoretical basis of teacher professional development theory,competency onion model theory,CIPP evaluation model theory and other theoretical foundations,the components of postgraduate teaching ability in the field of physical education master’s degree physical education are analyzed and sorted out.The content of the evaluation index of postgraduate teaching ability in the field of physical education of the master’s degree in physical education was preliminarily determined.After two rounds of expert questionnaire consultation,the evaluation index system of postgraduate teaching ability in the field of physical education for master’s degree in physical education was constructed.After using the analytic hierarchy method to determine the weights of various indicators,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of postgraduate teaching ability in the field of physical education master’s degree of physical education,and its comprehensive score was 80.06,which was at a good level.Research conclusion: At present,there are three deficiencies in the teaching ability of graduate students in the field of physical education master’s degree in physical education: 1.The ideological and political education ability of the curriculum is "in the weak link;2."Reflective ability of teaching evaluation" needs to be further improved;3."Expanding innovation capabilities" needs to be improved.In view of the problems existing in the teaching ability of graduate students in the field of physical education of the master’s degree in physical education,the following training methods are proposed: 1.The source of postgraduate students in the field of physical education of the master’s degree in physical education is well connected;2.Further clarify the training goals of postgraduate students in the field of physical education of the master’s degree of physical education;3.Build a characteristic teaching ability training model4.Optimize the curriculum,enrich the teaching forms and methods,and pay attention to the cultivation of teaching ability;5.Improve the dual tutor system and give play to the role of industry mentors;6.Attach importance to educational internship and build a base for educational internship;...
