Study On The Optimization Of Vocational Guidance System For Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher Vocational Education is an important component of higher education and plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of highly skilled and applied talents.In the new historical period,the scale of Higher Vocational Education continues to expand,experiencing a leapfrog development,talent training more practical.The training period of higher vocational students is short and the task is heavy.In less than three years,how to realize the goal of talents cultivation in higher vocational education,to go into the society smoothly,and to find the occupation that matches the studentsundefined personality characteristics and ability level.This puts forward higher requirements for vocational guidance of students in higher vocational colleges.This thesis is divided into six parts.Based on the theory of personnel and job matching and career development,this paper studies the present situation of vocational guidance system in higher vocational colleges by consulting the literature,and puts forward four problems.Taking Jiangsu Vacational College of Finance and Economics as the empirical research object,this paper investigates the students and graduates through online questionnaire,and summarizes the positive development of Jiangsu Vacational College of Finance and Economics for students according to the feedback.The whole process of vocational guidance reflects the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,while there are still some areas to be improved.Subsequently,by studying the practice of vocational guidance in foreign universities such as the United States,Germany and other countries.Finally,on the basis of combing the full text,drawing lessons from the experience of foreign countries,combined with the reality of higher vocational colleges in Chin.Suggestions and countermeasures for optimizing vocational guidance system in higher vocational colleges are put forward from four aspects:perfecting the organizational system of vocational guidance,strengthening the construction of vocational guidance teachers,optimizing the operational system of vocational guidance and constructing the vocational guidance service system.The innovation of this paper:this paper takes Jiangsu Vacational College of Finance and Economics as an example to study the optimization of vocational guidance system in higher vocational colleges.Deficiency:this paper summarizes the experience from the practice of vocational guidance in Jiangsu Institute of Finance and Economics,and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of career guidance system from the perspective of college counselors.There are some limitations in depth and breadth,which need to be further strengthened.Finally,I hope that through the study of this paper,it can provide reference and reference for other vocational colleges in China.
