I think that in today's college students each graduation season,but also students "the most difficult season",especially vocational students more obvious.In the increasingly serious situation of college students' employment situation,the vocational service system of vocational colleges is of great significance to promote college students to achieve more full and higher quality employment,and the level of vocational guidance service system in higher vocational colleges,The fine degree of college students determine the quality of employment and satisfaction.Therefore,it is more valuable to study the vocational guidance service system of higher vocational colleges.Firstly,it defines the vocational guidance service in higher vocational colleges,and sys,tematically studies the literature research of the vocational guidance service system in chinathis thesis analyses the employment of Lingnan College and other two ones,set up a data base with Excel 2007 and find out the existing problem.That is,the employment guidance is lack of creativeness and efficience.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that:(1)The influencing factors of vocational guidance service system in vocational colleges are: Hardware construction,curriculum planning and pertinence,innovation and effectiveness,professionalization and expertization,Employment information feedback service.(2)According to the above research,we find out and analyze the problems and reasons that affect the vocational guidance service system of higher vocational colleges.(3)This paper gives the concrete implementation suggestions to further improve the vocational guidance service system of higher vocational colleges and promote higher vocational colleges Professional guidance service system smoothly implemented.
