In the information age,with the rise of new technology and new media,online education has been developed,breaking through the limitation of time and space,and making up for the defects of traditional education.However,there are still some problems,such as teachers' unilateral output,lack of interactive communication,extensive learning content and lack of in-depth learning.Cultivating applied innovative talents and carrying out research-based learning is a key point in the reform of education and teaching in Colleges and universities.Through the concept of "deep learning" and "constructive learning",research-based learning has gradually become a new education and teaching method.Students conduct in-depth research and discussion based on effective curriculum projects,change the learning center from "accepting the answer results" to "finding problems and solving problems together",forming the learning drive,and developing autonomous learning,independent thinking and self-determination Thinking of good learning habits,produce more exploratory high-quality learning results.Based on the actual project experience,combined with the relevant theoretical principles of service design,the graduation project optimizes the education service process,constructs a new education service system,which is global knowledge resource sharing,education and learning benefit each other,online and offline virtual reality integration,and teachers and students' collaborative participation and improvement,so as to promote the construction of intelligent learning environment and realize the cross disciplinary development Subject,Cross School and cross regional new research-based learning knowledge classroom can meet students' inquiry psychology and learning needs,and build an open,personalized,lifelong and accurate education service supply.The graduation thesis introduces the concept of "MOOC + SPOC" based on deep integration learning mode to the service design of "tutor's talk",which is a mobile application of research-based learning.Through the product positioning,user research,competitive product analysis,key contact analysis,systematic service architecture design and visual style analysis,the thesis carries out in-depth research,creatively put forward the "collage learning" mode,and introduced the offline smart classroom into the online classroom design display,as the innovation point of the mobile application "tutor talk" service design scheme.
