Cooperative teaching means that in the same classroom,two or more teachers conduct teaching activities for the same learning group in an interactive or assisted manner for the same teaching goal.In this process,teachers play their respective teaching advantages and improve Classroom teaching.With the rise of the "Chinese fever" and the increase in the dispatch of Chinese volunteer teachers by Hanban,cooperative Chinese teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers has become a common mode of overseas Chinese teaching.The author will analyze the school's Chinese cooperative teaching model,and give suggestions for improving the school's cooperative teaching model based on the Teaching experience in Hamelin International School.by means of classroom observations,case analysis,questionnaire and interviews.Firstly,we give a brief introduction about the situation of the school's Chinese teaching from four aspects:school profile,teachers,teaching materials and students by means of interviews with local teachers and student questionnaires,Secondly,the school's cooperative between Chinese and foreign teachers is classified into four modes,according to the teaching practice and classroom observation.Then,the four cooperative modes are analyzed through teaching process demonstration and case study.The advantages and disadvantages of each mode are summarized:"One is responsible for teaching,the other for observation”is conducive to new teachers to adapt to the teaching environment and reflect on his teaching,although the observing one can't play a full part under this mode.In the mode of "one is responsible for teaching,the other for inspection".the one for inspection can share the pressure of the classroom management,as well as exercise his own classroom management ability and get closer to the students.However,pay attention to the timing and do not interfere with the lecturer."One main and one auxiliary support" is conducive to give full play to the advantages of both teachers and improve teaching efficiency,but it is necessary to pay attention to the equal status of teachers of both sides,and more communication and exchanges."Site teaching" is conducive to taking full advantage of the differences between teachers,so that students get more attention,but should pay attention to the issue of education equity.Finally,based on the analysis of the cooperative teaching model and students" feedback,reasonable suggestions for the future development of cooperative teaching in the school are put forward:First,both teachers should strengthen communication and cultivate teaching tacit understanding;second,both teachers should choose appropriate cooperative mode according to the teaching content for giving full play to the advantages of cooperative teaching;third,both teachers strengthen their own knowledge construction;fourth,strengthen student-student interaction in class,and use school resources to create a language learning environment for students after class.
