With the improvement of living standard, the physical quality of primary school students is getting worse and worse, and the obesity problem is becoming more and more serious. After the state advocated to strengthen the body, the national sports formed a craze, fitness has become an indispensable part of people's life.Under this background, ball games have become popular activities, among which table tennis,as China's national game,is favored by the majority of people.Table tennis is a whole body sport. It not only exercises the body, but also improves the coordination and sensitivity of the body.To a certain extent,it can prevent myopia. In addition, table tennis is suitable for all stages of the population, but also by the people's general love. However, children in primary school have just begun to develop physically and psychologically, with poor quality and immature sports organs.According to these characteristics, let children through a variety of appropriate learning and training, for the future table tennis teaching and training has an important developmental significance.Basically, all the movements and behaviors of the human body depend on the activation of muscles and the afferent sensory information of the central nervous system. After the brain makes a judgment,it makes corresponding control behaviors and controls the direction and position of the movements. That is to say, people can judge the spatial position of the body limbs in the movement. At present, there have been some experimental studies on the influence of proprioception on most sports events, but there are few literatures on the relationship between proprioception and table tennis. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to add the new training mode of proprioceptive guidance training into the teaching and training of table tennis in primary schools. In this study, literature, interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics and other research methods were used. Then,a comparative study was conducted on 40 primary school table tennis students in a table tennis club in Jinan, using two teaching methods, proprioceptive guidance and traditional teaching. The following conclusions were drawn:(1)After nine weeks of training, the skill level of students in both groups significantly improved. After the experimental group adopted proprioception to guide the teaching and training, the proprioception ability of students in the experimental group was improved more obviously than that of students in the control group.(2)After the proprioception assisted training, the accuracy and completeness of the stroke of the experimental group were improved more obviously than those of the control group, which significantly improved the standardization of the forehand stroke and the continuity of the forehand single ball.(3)After the same time of training, the experimental group students in the ball control ability, hitting time, hitting point and movement stability and other aspects of the progress faster.Compared with the traditional teaching method, the ontology guided teaching can help the students to establish the pattern of movement and master the basic technology in a short time.Advice:(1)There are deficiencies in the research on proprioception training in table tennis teaching and training. The test indexes of this experiment are not clear enough and need to be further improved.(2)In primary school table tennis teaching training should pay attention to feeling ontology through skills training, increase the diversity of proprioception training at the same time, add more on the feelings about ontology based training, increase the fun of training process, stimulate interest, improve the enthusiasm, make the students master the basic technology of table tennis faster, enhance the level of table tennis skills.(3)Pay attention to the continuity of training when carrying out table tennis teaching and training or relevant experimental research.(4)Should be student-centered,adapt to the physical and mental development of students, stimulate learning interest, cultivate active learning ability, training should be in line with the training principle of step by step.
