| In the world,China's football development level is relatively backward,especially men's football.As the first sport in the world,improving the level of football has become an important task for our country from a big sports country to a strong sports country.The improvement of physical fitness takes a long time to accumulate,and the results show that adolescence is the best time for physical and technical training to lay the foundation of physical fitness.As a highly adversarial sport,the technical ability of football players needs to be supported by strong physical fitness,and the physical ability of athletes determines whether they can always maintain a stable state in high intensity games.This paper synthetically uses the questionnaire survey method,the literature analysis method and so on research method,selects Evergrande football school as the research object,first,designs the questionnaire from the student and the football coach angle separately,and through the analysis to the investigation result,evaluates Evergrande football school football physical ability and the technical training present situation,analyzes the concrete situation.Secondly,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey to explore the shortcomings of Evergrande football physical and technical training,mainly reflected in the attention to technology and neglect of physical training,training technology is unreasonable,training methods are not lasting,infrastructure is not perfect,the frequency of project activities is low and so on.Finally,combining these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding methods of football physical fitness and technical training from the aspects of establishing the evaluation standard of football physical fitness,choosing the football training method reasonably,following the actual physical condition of the athletes,and improving the professional ability of football coaches.At the same time,through the research of this paper,we can provide some guiding conditions for physical and technical training in other football schools. |
