| Modern competitive football is a sport with high intensity,intermittent,repeated sprint running,and large frequency of attack and defense conversion.How to improve the physical quality of football players through reasonable training has become a hot topic in the field of Chinese football.This paper aims to study the effects of different training on U13 female football players.Through the experimental method,to explore whether the participation of functional training in the football special training,has a positive impact on the players.Ten U13 women’s football players in Shanxi Province were divided into control group and experimental group.The training content of the two groups was identical to the other except for physical training content.The experimental group will arrange 15-20 minutes of functional training during physical training to strictly control variables and minimize the error of human influence within a controllable range.Through the analysis of before and after the data,the following conclusion: 1.Functional training on athletes sports performance has a positive effect,this is not caused by muscle hypertrophy,because athletes in the same type of nerve activation mode,in the game can be more quickly raise more set related muscle groups to participate in sports,but compared with the traditional strength training,did not bring more significant effect to the improvement of FMS.2.Through functional training to improve athletes ’FMS score,after solving the problem of joint flexibility stability to strengthen the weak movement chain,lasting 8 weeks of functional strength training compared with general physical training,can improve the speed of college students’ ability,coordination ability and sensitive quality can effectively improve the athletes’ overall athletic ability.3.Whether functional strength training or general physical training,in the short-term training is difficult to reduce the fatigue index,in strengthening strength and control athletes weight,both should not be at the same time,can be a stage after strength training,evaluation,should consider general physical training and functional strength training on the different influence of sports ability,to selectively train.Suggestions: 1.In the training process of youth women’s football team in China,the training arrangement of coaches should arrange the training of youth women’s football team reasonably according to the rules,characteristics and trends of football development as well as the differences and individual differences of young women’s soccer football players.In the adolescent stage,attention should be paid to the reasonable arrangement of training load.General quality training combined with functional strength training can improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury brought by training.2.When analyzing the FMS scores of athletes,we should pay attention to the impact of the upper and lower limb scores on the total scores.Football players with too low upper limb scores may cause low overall scores,but they will not have a great impact on the field performance,so it should be combined with special analysis.3.Paying attention to the psychological state of athletes can better carry out training and competition arrangements,and attention should be paid attention to.To deepen the theoretical knowledge reserve of Chinese youth women’s football coaches,improve the ability of combining theory with practice,organize the training more systematic and targeted,which produces positive factors for the life and psychological aspects of players. |
