Study On The Influence Of University Technology Innovation On High-quality Economic Development

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party clearly pointed out that our country's economy has shifted to a stage of high-quality development.China's economy is currently in the critical stage of transformation of economic development mode,transformation and upgrading of economic structure,and transformation of old and new kinetic energy.Scientific and technological innovation has injected new power into the high-quality development of China's economy.Innovation drives high-quality economic development,what is the key to achieve our country's leaping over the "middle-income trap".As an important part of the innovation system,colleges and universities have the dual mission of training innovative talents and improving innovation ability.Colleges and universities are an important supporting force for technological innovation.So this article attempts to conduct an in-depth study on the impact of scientific and technological innovation of universities on high-quality economic development.This has strong theoretical and practical significance for improving the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of China's universities and promoting the high-quality economic development.This article is based on sorting out scholars' relevant literature,and analyzes the basic theories of scientific and technological innovation of universities and the development of high-quality economy,and analyzes the impact mechanism of scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities on development of high-quality economy.Then it analyzes the present situation about abilities of scientific and technological innovation of China's universities,and the entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the scientific and technological innovation abilities of colleges and universities from two dimensions:sub-indicators and comprehensive indicators.Finally,the panel regression model is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the impact of universities' technological innovation on high-quality economic development,and further empirical analysis of the impact oftechnological innovation university on development of high-quality economy in different regions.The results show that the university technological innovation has a significant role in promoting the high-quality economic development.From the regional comparison,the technological innovation of universities in the Eastern region and the Western regions can significantly promote the development of high-quality economy,and the influence coefficient of the eastern region is higher than that of the western region.However,the promotion effect of university technological innovation on the high-quality economic development in the central regions is not significant.The influence of technology innovation of colleges and universities on high quality economic development is different in different regions.Finally,the paper puts forward a lot of suggestions to promote the level of the high-quality development of economy.
