This thesis selects the textbook Chinese published by Jinan University in 2016 for Cambodia junior high school as the research object.Combined with Bloom's taxonomy of learning domains(the cognitive),the theory of the textbook evaluation and the textbook compilation in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and the effectiveness analysis of exercises,this thesis proposes an evaluation index system of exercises which can be divided into three parts.First of all,in the part of macro analysis,this thesis mainly aims at three aspects – the proportion of exercise length,the coverage of exercise content and the order of exercise arrangement,and then analyzes the cooperation of the exercise books to the main textbook.Secondly,in the part of middle analysis,through the statistics of exercises volume and exercises type,we analyze the stability of the exercises volume and the intensity of exercises.And the relationship among exercise forms,exercise functions and exercise purposes is explored.Thirdly,in the micro-analysis part,according to the exercise content,we divide the exercises into the exercises on language elements,language skills and cultural factors.Then,we analyze the objective situations and features of the arrangement of exercises,the instructions of exercises,and the forms and functions of directives.Finally,the questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the feedback from the users of the teaching materials to obtain the analysis results of the effectiveness of the use of the teaching materials.From the perspective of the use,it was revealed to what extent the practice questions of the teaching materials had achieved the purpose of the practice.Combining with the theoretical analysis and survey feedback,we discover and solve the problems of universality and regularity in practice design,and provide practical suggestions for the subsequent revision of teaching materials eventually.
