| This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation system of the government's response force of Network Public Opinion of Public Emergencies from four dimensions: response subject,response content,response channel and response effect,and evaluates the government's response force of Shaanxi Mizhi No.3 Middle School Murder Case,Shangrao primary school student assassination and Zhejiang Wenzhou Ruian primary school student campus killing in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the government's response force of network public opinion of public emergencies.In the course of the research,the author found that the government response level of network public opinion of public emergencies varies greatly.In Shaanxi Mizhi No.3 Middle School Murder Case,the response of the relevant government departments is active,timely and fast,forming a government affairs Weibo matrix to inform the progress of the incident,and through the new government media,traditional media and other channels to publish news,which can be regarded as an excellent model for the government's response.In Shangrao primary school student assassination and Zhejiang Wenzhou Ruian primary school student campus killing,the response of relevant government departments is slow and negative,and the follow-up progress of the incident can not be followed up in time,and the government's response force needs to be improved urgently.Based on the empirical comparison,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the government's response force of network public opinion of public emergencies: first,multi-subject linkage response and take effective measures;second,be timely,comprehensive,accurate and grasp the "time effect" principle;third,government new media matrix response and response media form towards multiple development;fourth,pay attention to network public opinion and opinion leaders,media,netizens participate in it. |
