| As one of the components of China's education system,the role of vocational educ ation is not only to carry forward and inherit skills,cultivate practical and skilled talent s,but also help to achieve employment.It mainly includes full-time school education an d part-time training,which plays an important role in promoting the development of eco nomic industry.The more economic and social development,the more high-quality voc ational education will be needed.Since the construction of Lingang campus town and technology innovation city(he reinafter referred to as "shuangcheng"),Yibin City has adhered to the goal of jointly bui lding "learning,teaching,research and Industry City Integration Experimental Zone" wi th The Education Department of Sichuan Provincial,focusing on the construction of voc ational education.Through the continuous deepening and innovation of multi social sub ject cooperation,multi University gathering,multi regional cooperation,school enterpri se cooperation and integration of production and education,we can promote the organi c convergence and integration of education,industry,enterprises and talents.At the sam e time,it has gradually developed into a situation of interactive integration and commo n development of education,industry and city.Yibin vocational education has ushered i n unprecedented opportunities.How to better grasp the "shuangcheng" construction an d development opportunities,promote the reform and innovation of vocational educatio n,solve the key and difficult problems that perplex the development of Vocational Educ ation in Yibin,and find countermeasures to promote the development of Vocational Education in Yibin,the above are the problems that need to be studied and solved in thi s paper.Based on the proposition of how to solve the problems existing in the developmen t of Vocational Education in Yibin under the background of "shuangcheng" constructio n,this paper studies the problems existing in the development of Vocational Education i n Yibin and the reasons for the problems.It not only puts forward five problems of Voca tional Education in Yibin,such as poor implementation of vocational education policies,Insufficient diversified investment in Vocational Education,The construction of tea ching staff in vocational education is insufficient,The supply and demand docking between vocational education and "two cities" is not accurate enough,and the lack of depth of production and education integration,but also analyzes the causes of the se problems.Based on the experience of vocational education development in Wuxi,Jia xing and Foshan,this paper points out four enlightenments.First,The integration of g eneral education and vocational education is the basic path of vocational educatio n development.Second,it is an inevitable choice for the development of vocational edu cation to Encourage multiple participation in Vocational Education.Third,strengthen ing the construction of teachers is the key basis for the development of vocational educa tion.Fourth,to promote the integration of production and education is the fundamental r equirement of the development of vocational education.Combined with the actual devel opment of Yibin,this paper puts forward five countermeasures.First,Give full play to the leading role of the government.Second,encourage multiple participation to imp rove vocational education resources.Third,Improve the construction mechanism of Vocational Education Teachers.Fourth,strengthen the interaction and integration of Vo cational Colleges and "shuangcheng".Fifth,establish and improve the service guarante e system of industry education integration.Then it comes to the conclusion that the deve lopment of vocational education must implement the main responsibility of the governm ent,the development of vocational education must consolidate the high quality talent s and the development of vocational education must unswervingly follow the road of sc hool enterprise cooperation. |
