The Quality Of Vocational Colleges Vocational Education Environment Construction Research

Higher vocational and technical education is a main part of higher education in China, and plays a very important role in the system of higher education. Higher vocational and technical education has the dual properties: higher education and vocational and technical education. The main task of professional education is to train technicians who can meet the needs of the first line of manufacture, construction, management and service. It regards meeting social needs as its goal and designs its teaching programs around training the practical abilities of its students. As one of the essential elements of higher vocational and technical education, its educational environment has exerted great influence on the development of vocational quality education. The education of excellent higher vocational and technical college students requires a good educational environment, that is to say, a good and reasonable quality educational environment in higher vocational and technical colleges must be constructed.Most of the professional quality educational environment is not good at present in our country. The problems in the educational environment has seriously affected the training and improvement of students'professional quality and restricted the achievement of the goal of training outstanding students in higher vocational and technical colleges. The higher vocational education should try to construct an excellent environment of the professional quality education in order to achieve the goals of training the qualified vocational-technical talents.This paper from the angles of pedagogy, psychology, humanities, environment and other multi-disciplinary perspectives, defined some related concepts from inside and outside, and identified the angles of its research. This paper also combed the present situation of its field and found the shortcomings of its research. After a deep and systematical analysis on the construction of the professional quality education in higher vocational and technical colleges, this paper considers the problems now are as follows:the lack of characteristic college culture environment; the lack of open, modern professional education environment; the lack of suitable society. By analyzing the causes of those problems, this paper pointed out the main content in the professional quality education in higher vocational and technical colleges from inner and outer environment as well as the strategy for its construction. Finally, from the practical angle of construction, this paper also put forward some suggestions to expect the colleges themselves, the society and the departments concerned to pay attention to the environmental construction of professional quality education in higher vocational colleges.
