In recent years,with the internationalization of education increasingly becoming the focus of educational reform and development,the policies and files such as “Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education”,“Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education(2015-2018)”,“the Action Plan for Promoting ‘the Belt and Road Initiative'” and so on,all put forward the need to further promote international exchange and cooperation of vocational education and the corresponding mode of development of China vocational education for enterprises to go global and cultivation of professionals with international vision and overall understanding of international rules.Higher vocational colleges in Guangxi began to cooperate with Chinese enterprises to go global and recruit and cultivate international students.Liuzhou C College,relying on its geographical advantages adjacent to ASEAN and abundant educational resources of majors related to automobiles,has actively accompanied enterprises to go global since December 2015,and has carried out tripartite cooperation with SAIC General Motors Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd.and Indonesia to cultivate overseas talents with of high-end skills and managerial for Liuzhou's pillar industries.At present,Liuzhou C College has the largest number of international students in Guangxi,which reached439 in 2018.In this study,211 international students of Liuzhou C College were surveyed by questionnaires,and 6 representatives of international students were interviewed.The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the perception of international students on the quality of teaching services and their opinions and suggestions.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the relevant factors,existing problems,promotion strategies and the results achieved after the improvement of international students' satisfaction with education service quality in Liuzhou C College.The thesis consists six parts:The first part of the thesis is the introduction of the research background,research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of research,research ideas and methods,as well as the originality of research.The second part introduces the relevant concepts of international student education service quality in higher vocational colleges and the construction of international student education service quality survey model.In the third part,the thesis analyzes online SPSS data on SPSSAU platform.By adopting methods of "reliability","validity","linear regression" test,"description" and so on,the author compares and analyses the survey and statistics of international students' educational service quality in Liuzhou C College from five dimensions based on SERVQUAL,and then summarizes the major influence factors and main problems of international students' satisfaction on the educational service.The fourth part summarizes five aspects of problems and reasons on the quality of international student education service in Liuzhou C College: international student management,teaching security,cross-cultural communication,school logistics services,and the factors of international students themselves.The fifth part puts forward five strategies to improve the quality of international student education service in Liuzhou C College in accordance with the five problems in the previous part:1.the improvement of international student management level: a.The concept of international student education service and management should keep pace with the times;b.The comprehensive quality of international educators needs to be improved in an all-round way;c.The international student management team needs to be strengthened;d.Top-down improvement of rules and regulations and work standardization process.2.Improvements of teaching security:a.Guarantee of teaching equipment and hardware facilities;b.Guarantee of teachers' strength;c.Open up scholarship channels from junior college to undergraduate for international students;d.Suitable curriculum design for international industrial standards and demands of enterprise;e.Establishment of "ability-based" evaluation system.3.Elimination of the barriers of cross-cultural communication: a.Development of the cross-cultural communication abilities of international student educators;b.Development of the international students' recognition of Chinese culture imperceptibly;c.Establishment of secondary psychological counseling stations.4.Improvement of the logistic support: a.Leaders attach importance to it and all departments cooperate with each other;b.Care for students and scrupulous service.5.Improvement of international students themselves: a.Standardized management with a combination of inflexibility and yielding;b.Encourage international students to participate in various activities inside or outside the college;c.Encourage international students to actively communicate with teachers and counselors;d.Encourage teachers and counselors to guide international students to actively participate in the self-management team.The sixth part summarizes the thesis and calls on higher vocational colleges to build ahigh-quality and high-level teaching team with international vision,advanced teaching ideas,innovative thinking,transnational and cross-cultural vocational education and management capabilities,so as to cultivate more and more excellent practical talents who are sinophiles that are friendly to China with international vision,overall understanding of international rules and practical ability.
