Wuying Education Technology Co.,Ltd.is a private education company for commercial purposes,which implements the main responsibility management system under the leadership of the board of directors.Wuying Education Technology Co.,Ltd.adheres to the school philosophy of "recognizing differences,providing choices,development potential,and diversified development",and is a "diversified" school.For training schools,enrollment is the lifeline.If they want to recruit more students,they must strengthen the construction of the core team of teachers.How to improve staffing and strengthen staff management to enable students to obtain better grades,how to make the company more prestigious in society,and how to obtain better information resources for students has become the top priority of development.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the employee performance appraisal system of Wuying Education Technology Company,and finds the following problems:1)The main body and cycle setting of performance appraisal are not perfect.Teachers are not included in the main body in the performance appraisal system,and the period of appraisal is not perfect.2)The performance appraisal method is not scientific.Company employees think that it is unscientific to only use KPIs and 360-degree methods.3)The performance optimization model is not sound.Mainly manifested as the unclear weight of each evaluation subject and the unclear evaluation mode.4)The performance index system has a single level.There is no detailed explanation and analysis of the index system.5)The assessment process is not balanced.Teachers of different fields,different majors,and different professional titles implement the same set of performance appraisal methods.6)There are problems in the performance appraisal feedback mechanism and the application of appraisal results.Mainly manifested as the feedback mechanism is not in place and the application effect is not clear.For this reason,based on the theory of performance optimization,this article re-optimized the design of the current employee performance management system based on the problems found in the investigation and research.The optimized system ensures that the optimized performance management system can be implemented smoothly from the aspects of employee theoretical training,company system guarantee,process guarantee and technical guarantee.Based on the actual situation of Wuying Educational Technology Company,this article designs an employee performance appraisal system in order to serve as a reference for decision-making and management for the performance appraisal of employees of Wuying Educational Technology Company and other education groups in the same industry.
