In recent years,the problem of China's population structure has become increasingly prominent,from "double two children" to "single two children" to "allround two children",the frequent adjustment of fertility policy has not produced obvious fertility accumulation phenomenon.As an advance variable of fertility behavior,fertility desire can predict fertility level to some extent.It is of great significance to understand and grasp the fertility desire of the population of childbearing age,analyze the difficulties in carrying out the current fertility policy,and prescribe the proper medicine.Taking the population of childbearing age in Panlong District of Kunming City as the research object,this paper uses the method of questionnaire and interview to measure their second child-bearing intention from the motive of bearing,sex preference,ideal number of children and motive of bearing,and uses the statistical software of SPSS to carry on the correlation analysis,deeply analyzes the influence of personal factors,family factors and social factors on the bearing age group's bearing intention.The results show that 50.7% of the respondents are willing to have a second child,the traditional gender preference has been weakened,the two-child and girl preference have become the main driving force for the second child,the emotional sustenance and finding a partner for the child have become the new reproductive purposes,family factors,national policies and social welfare security have a greater impact on the fertility desire.During the implementation of the two-child policy,there are many difficulties,such as the uneven distribution of educational resources,the imperfect protection of women's rights and interests,and the imperfect supporting policies.
