Preschool teachers are faced with various pressures from life and work,but no one understood.Their professionalism and job stability need to be improved.Previous studies have paid more attention to the professional development of preschool teachers in the workplace,emphasizing the external professional improvement of the teacher group,and paying less attention to the individual and internal social needs and expressions of preschool teachers from the level of individual life meaning.In the perspective of lifelong education,education should provide necessary knowledge in the best way at any time when everyone needs it.As a developing individual,preschool teachers also need lifelong education for their lifelong development.Based on this background,this study aims to explore the complete growth of preschool teachers as individuals,which provides a new perspective for the research of preschool teacher development and enriches the content of educational sociology.In this study,a qualitative research method was adopted to conduct open interviews with 25 preschool teachers aged between 27 and 55 in S preschool,W city.The research reproduces preschool teachers' perspective and inner feelings,depicts their work and life prospect,and explores the social development of preschool teachers with the help of these.This study consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction to the research design.On the basis of the establishment of research questions,the qualitative research method is introduced.The data are collected by interview method,and the explanations of how to sort out and analyze the research data are given.The second part explains the overall characteristics of preschool teachers' social development.According to the directivity of individual social development,through continuous coding,classification,comparison and analysis of interview texts,this paper analyzes the characteristics of preschool teachers' social development in three dimensions,which are,pointing to self,to others and to environment.The third part explores the stage characteristics of preschool teachers' social development.The main tasks of preschool teachers' social development in different life stages are analyzed by referring to Erickson's theory of psychosocial development and Rudolf Steiner's theory of anthropogenic life course and through real life stories.The fourth part discusses the influence factors of the social development of preschool teachers.Finally,under the enlightenment of human development ecology and based on the facts of preschool teachers' life,this study explores the factors affecting preschool teachers' social development from the aspects of personality characteristics,parenting experience,cognitive ability,educational belief,psychological needs,interpersonal relationship,the relationship between family and work,preschool management,education laws,regulations and policies,and public opinion atmosphere.
