Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Parent-child Swimming Training In Shanxi Province

With the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,not only focusing on enhancing their own physical fitness,but also paying attention to the health of the next generation has become a top priority.Parent child swimming has been bred to meet the needs of the market,and its development has become more and more rapid.Many parents are willing to participate after understanding the benefits of parent-child swimming.However,in China,parent-child swimming has just entered the enlightenment stage,and the supervision system is not perfect.Many training institutions take profit as the main purpose,ignoring the teaching level and safety of teachers.In recent years,many media have reported that the water quality of many parent-child swimming places is not up to standard,the selection of coaches is not strict,and there are a series of safety hazards during class,which are very detrimental to the long-term development of the parent-child swimming industry.Using the methods of literature review,field observation,questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper takes 18parent-child swimming training institutions in Shanxi Province as the research object,and investigates from four aspects: institutions,teachers,students,parents and teaching.Investigate and summarize the problems in parent-child swimming training in this province.In response to the problems found,corresponding development strategies and suggestions are put forward to help improve the parent-child swimming training system,and strive to provide a theoretical reference and reference for other provinces and cities in parent-child swimming training.Research indicates:(1)From the survey and research,the current overall supervision mechanism of the parent-child swimming industry in Shanxi Province is not perfect.The competent department,authority approval and operation standards for parent-child swimming training are not clear,and there is no unified regulation on the curriculum system and evaluation standards.(2)The site infrastructure of parent-child swimming training institutions in Shanxi Province is relatively complete,the size of swimming pool is basically above 80m2,the water depth and temperature of swimming pool are more reasonable,the disinfection facilities of swimming pool are mostly circulating water disinfection,and the safety facilities are relatively complete.However,there are only management methods for emergency plans,and there are no specific actual operation steps.(3)In the survey,the parent-child swimming teachers are younger and mostly male.47.31% of the teachers are engaged in non sports major.Their education level is mainly bachelor degree and their learning ability is strong.22.59% of the teachers have rich teaching experience and teaching time.However,the overall level of teachers' skills is not uniform,and the teaching level is uneven.(4)The main purpose of parents participating in parent-child swimming training is to strengthen their children's physical fitness.The primary factor that affects parents' choice of institutions is the teaching level of the institutions.Parents mainly use traditional publicity methods to understand parent-child swimming institutions,but this method has great limitations and efficiency.Slow,not conducive to promoting parent-child swimming.(5)According to the survey,80.61% of the parents who did not purchase sports insurance during the parent-child swimming training process in Shanxi Province accounted for 80.61%.The effect of sports insurance is very low.The parents don't care about the importance of insurance.Training institutions do not actively sell sports insurance and have a fluke on safety issues.psychological.(6)The charge of parent-child swimming training in Shanxi Province is in line with the public standard.The training time is concentrated on Friday night,Saturday and Sunday.The majority of participants are in the form of collective teaching.The teaching content is formulated according to the age of the students.The teaching equipment is rich and diverse.The teachingmethods are combined with situational method,game method and bilingual method.The teaching goal is to pay attention to the physical development of students Language ability and cognitive ability.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Improve the supervision system of parent-child swimming in Shanxi Province as soon as possible,implement the supervision responsibility into practice,establish a parent-child swimming course system and evaluation standards,and standardize the content of the course.We should pay close attention to the study and training of venue principals,improve the quality and ability of practitioners,and formulate the employment system of parent-child swimming coaches.(2)In the parent-child swimming training,even if it is a small probability,safety rules with operability and specific steps should also be prepared to improve the safety awareness of staff,inform the staff of parent-child swimming about the specific tasks,carry out safety drills and build a strong defense line of life.(3)We should strengthen the skill learning of parent-child swimming teachers,let them obtain the certificate of national certification,and unify the process of qualification identification.In order to ensure that the professional knowledge and skills of the teachers are gradually improved in a planned and organized way,we should strictly recruit and select teachers,improve the treatment of grade athletes,and improve the post training system of parent-child swimming teachers.(4)Change the way of publicity,make full use of network media,urban advertising media and other ways to promote parent-child swimming training,expand the influence of parent-child swimming,promote the sustainable development of parent-child swimming.(5)Encourage parent-child swimming institutions to cooperate with insurance,and improve a set of low-cost sports insurance applicable to parent-child swimming.Add the corresponding insurance terms when selling the course,and tell parents about the importance of sports insurance.Toimprove the parent-child swimming sports insurance is not only to protect the interests of parents and students,but also to help parent-child swimming training institutions to reasonably avoid risks.(6)Actively communicate with parents to let them understand the characteristics and importance of parent-child swimming.Parent child swimming institutions can carry out free lectures to teach parents about physiology and psychology of infants and children,clarify the law of growth and development of students and the law of skill formation,so as to unify the purpose of parents and teaching.
