With the disposable income of residents has increased year by year,computer has become one of the main family consumer goods,with the purchase of computer families increased gradually,residents of computer ownership rose year by year,can foreknow broadband business market is huge;at the same time,the government has the information construction has been included in the national development strategy,more vigorously expand broadband service market.A huge market space,will attract fierce rob the broadband operator,which in the broadband market leader,with broadband services as the main source of revenues and profits in Liuzhou caused no small impact.In the fierce market competition,Liuzhou Telecom how to establish their own competitive strategy in Liuzhou broadband market,in order to foster the core competitiveness,to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,so as to establish sales and market position of perfect channel network and stable,has important research value.This thesis combines theory with practice,to "competitive strategy" theory as a framework,the competitive situation of Liuzhou broadband business,using Potter's five competitive forces model analysis and the industry's competitive environment,competitive strategy,analysis structure competitive factors in five kinds of industry of Liuzhou Telecom broadband services faced:the potential entrants,substitute,customers,suppliers and competitors,the strength of the strength of the Liuzhou Telecom to comprehensively analyze the competition environment;in Liuzhou broadband market analysis of Liuzhou Telecom broadband services,the use of differentiation competitive strategy;at the same time according to the value chain analysis method,find out the broadband business competitive advantage,finally from the value system perspective starting to explore the strategic planning of Liuzhou Telecom to build sustainable competitive advantage.
