Project Management Solution Design For Pre-processing Platform Of OCBC China

1970s and eighties,project management techniques has been rapidly developing from all over the world.Since the 1990s,with the advent of the information age and the popularization of computers program,software application system is widely applied to the enterprises,which has spawned many project management method based on the software application system.The Pre-processing platform of OCBC bank is one of positive significance project to realize the strategic of enterprise.Since 2007 Chinese government open RMB business to foreign banks,OCBC bank's business in the China has achieved rapid development.In the early stages of banking,business and data processing all concentrated in the core system due to the uneven cause.With the increasing banking and the amount of data,increasingly short comings of the design.For example,more core system performance and capacity declining,time-consuming of function change etc.all this has seriously restricted the development of OCBC bank.Concurrently,PBOC requires developing the CNAPS 2nd Generation system.In this context,OCBC bank proposed the Pre-processing platform concept,which is to build a large Pre-processing platform,external integration including PBOC,China Union Pay and other third parties,internal achieve seamless connection with core system.The core system to continue to support the accounting data processing,customer information maintenance function and so on,and the business process layer implanted to Pre-processing platform.Thus,not only to the separation of data and business,but also achieve the characteristics of the accounting concentrated,centralized channel and centralized business processes,so that improve system capacity and product development of flexible and rapid response capability,provide a strong guarantee for the development of the OCBC bank business.This paper will analyze the project management base on this background.The arrangement of the dissertation is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and the practical significance,research methods and content.The second part is the second chapter,mainly is the basic theory of the project management is discussed,including the content and characteristics of project management,the practice of project management at home and abroad.The third part is the practical part of this thesis,including third,four or five chapters,this paper mainly discusses the Pre-processing platform project case of OCBC bank,the practice of the basic theory and method of project management in specific projects via the analysis of case.The fourth part is the research summary,mainly elaborate the research conclusion and the innovation of the thesis,and the limitations of this study and the prospects for future research.
