With the implementation of China's innovation driven development strategy,"public entrepreneurship,innovation" has become the impetus of national economic growth,innovation has become the driving engine of national development.China's innovation ability has been improved,but the problem of low innovation performance is also very prominent,so how to improve innovation performance become the important content of implementing innovation driven development strategy.Most of the previous studies on the role of learning ability on innovation performance,but the organizational unlearning is also very important in improving the dynamic capabilities and organizational innovation performance of the organization,so the research of organizational unlearning to the dynamic capability and innovation performance is particularly important.This study mainly put organizational unlearning?dynamic capability and innovation performance into a research model,research in the changing external environment,organization to adapt to the external environment affect the ability to forget to promote innovation and improve the organization,the dynamic capabilities as a mediating variable test mediating role.This paper divides dynamic capabilities into three dimensions:opportunity identification ability,resource integration ability,resource reconfiguration ability.Innovation performance is divided into two dimensions: management innovation performance and technological innovation performance.By reading the literature at home and abroad and the latest research results found that China's full analysis of theoretical researches on organizational unlearning rarely,but gradually began to attract the attention of scholars and research boom,this paper combined with the stage of the changing external environment the organizational dynamic capabilities as a mediating variable relationship between three variables through the design,the Likert 7 scale to collect data,and the data were factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of data using SPSS and AMOS software,and obtained the following results: forget the organization to the organization's innovation performance has a positive role in promoting,the organization has a positive effect on improving forget dynamic capabilities,dynamic organization have a positive role in promoting ability to enhance organizational innovation performance,between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance in the organization plays an intermediary to forget The resource integration dimension in organizational dynamic capabilities has no mediating effect on management innovation performance and organizational forgetting.Organizations can to forget process to abandon the existing organization system,old knowledge,practice,thinking,and form the learning ability,improve the organizational changes in the external environment awareness,to integrate existing resources to fit the organization,organizational structure,organizational restructuring achieved resources,improve the utilization efficiency of resources the technology innovation and management innovation to support the organization,enhance organizational innovation performance from the two aspects of technology and management,the implementation of China's innovation strategy in order to better implement the.Therefore,the study of organizational forgetting behavior helps to research how to improve organizational innovation performance.
