Research On The Government Supervision Of State Owned Assets Of Enterprises In Gannan

Local state-owned assets in the development of local government economy has played a very important role.Effective supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises is the basic guarantee for the realization of the value of local state-owned assets.How to establish and improve the local government regulation,the management of state-owned assets,let it play a more value,has been the focus and difficulty of the parties.After the reform and opening up,China has accelerated the reform of economic system,attaches great importance to the management of state-owned assets of local enterprises,but also to promote the local government's supervision and management of state-owned assets of enterprises,and has made some achievements.However,in the current local government regulation,there are indeed many problems worthy of further study.In this paper,the author takes the local government of Gannan as an example,and makes an in-depth analysis of the proposition.Through combing the present situation of Gannan's local government supervision on state-owned assets of enterprises,to explore the existing problems in and experience related to this proposition at home and abroad as reference,summed up the basic idea to solve the problem and effective countermeasures.In this paper,by absorbing and drawing lessons from existing research results,using the comparative research method,literature research method,case study method and so on,state and municipal(county)level of state-owned asset management companies to conduct field visits to research,from the current situation of government regulation of state-owned assets of local enterprises,state-owned assets management connotation,describes the way of local enterprises the content as well as the Gannan state owned assets in enterprises government supervision status;on the basis of the management of state-owned assets in Gannan SASAC enterprises as an example,to reveal the existence of state-owned asset management of local enterprises and the problems in the specific reasons;finally,the management of state-owned assets of enterprises at home and abroad from the beneficial practices and experiences,explore effective ways for the management of state-owned assets of enterprises in the region,from the sound of state-owned institutions,improve the legal norms,optimize the operation platform To advance the enterprise system,strengthen the external supervision,do a good job in cooperation with several aspects of the improvement of local enterprises in the management of state-owned assets,the corresponding countermeasures.
