Innovation is the core of the guarantee enterprise long-term development strength and key factors. However, due to the innovation of the risk factors and human bounded rationality, appear easily in the process of technological innovation error and is unable to avoid. Facing the intense market competition and the development of diversified economic elements, correct the error of orientation, good ability to learn and use the mistake the potential value of the error knowledge has increasingly become the enterprise to solve technical problems and management problems of the new way and new way of thinking. Knowledge power is the enterprise through continuous learning accumulation valuable knowledge, and as a potential capital within the enterprise throughout the course of technology innovation. Error learning ability and knowledge, therefore, energy is the two important factors influencing the enterprise technology innovation performance, but the domestic and foreign scholars on error learning ability, knowledge, energy, less study on the relationship between the technological innovation performance of three kinds of elements. How comprehensive error of the enterprise system, mechanism, process of cultivating the ability of learning, to change to ensure the smooth operation of the knowledge of energy accumulation and application of knowledge energy how to play the role of the integration of resources to promote technological innovation, how to effectively manage knowledge combined with the enterprise actual situation, promote technological innovation performance, a series of problems of exploration for our country enterprise by cultivating error learning ability and promote the core ability, lay a foundation for the enterprise long-term development.First, summarized the domestic and foreign scholars about the mistake on learning ability, knowledge, energy, technology innovation performance research achievements of three variables and their factors, discusses error learning ability, knowledge, energy, and the various factors and characteristics of technology innovation performance, measure and important influencing factors. On this basis, according to the view of technology innovation resources, nothing wrong with the ability to learn knowledge, energy, technology innovation performance as the main line, analysis of the error energy learning ability, knowledge, technology innovation performance of three variables and the mechanism of interaction between various factors; Building knowledge energy as intermediary error learning ability influences the performance of technology innovation theory model; According to the influence of the relationship between the variables in the model put forward the corresponding assumptions, and then empirical research.Secondly, through the variable index system building, questionnaire design and correction, in the pearl river delta, Yangtze river delta, north China, central China enterprise as investigation object, has carried on the large scope of questionnaire survey to collect data.Again, the reliability and validity of the sample inspection, followed by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis test scale structure validity and convergent validity, and delete entries in the one question on the questionnaire. On this basis, using structural equation model method and multivariate hierarchical regression method, for each variable between knowledge, the relationship between various factors and energy the mediation effect of hypothesis test. Research found that: (1) error learning ability significantly positive influence on knowledge energy; (2) errors can directly affect the performance of technological innovation, learning ability can also by intermediary role of knowledge energy indirectly affect the technological innovation performance. (3) error learning ability, knowledge, energy, technology innovation performance differences between the interaction mechanism between various factors. Error compressive capacity of the energy of three factors in knowledge, technology innovation performance of the three factors have significant positive effects; Error prediction ability to research the influence degree of the variables in any of the factors are not reached significant level; Error control ability of technology innovation performance three factors have significant positive influence, and the influence degree of the three factors of intellectual energy did not reach significant level; Knowledge reading ability significantly positive influence on product innovation performance, and the technological innovation performance of technology innovation performance, equipment performance the influence degree of the two factors were not reached significant level.Then, on the theoretical guidance of structure model and regression analysis, find the existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from three dimensions:one is to improve the enterprise and its employees error learning ability, build errors in the learning organization:(1) establish a borderless departmentalization and flat organization structure, avoid redundant state, promote the information within the organization’s overall coverage and free flowing, improve the staffs initiative and enthusiasm. (2) to establish the correct orientation, the mistake will error management into enterprise culture, building a harmonious health error management culture. On the one hand, the management should set a good example, inclusive of allowing employees to work error; On the other hand, strengthen the communication between open freely communicate with employees, some mistakes after mutual assistance, mutual problem solving thinking mechanism, to ensure that employees with a high degree of trust between. (3) perfect the enterprise error reporting system, establish and improve the employees’ mistake training mechanism and the study effect evaluation system, strengthen information sharing and evaluate the efficiency within the organization.2 it is to improve the knowledge and energy accumulation mechanism, improve the efficiency of knowledge management:(1) build efficient knowledge accumulated information system, improve information system, knowledge base system to identify and interpret the degree of accuracy, quick and effective degree of knowledge, the objectives and order of acquiring knowledge, provide and reliability of the digestion of knowledge; (2) to strengthen knowledge application and innovation of effective value.
