The Conceptual Construction Of Entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" And Its Impact On Radical Innovation

The word "Qinghuai" is often found in the field of political science and sociology in China,mainly to explore how the constitutional feeling,human feeling which on the government officials or literati influence social reform and development in that era.In recent years,with the deepening of China's market economy and the constant awakening of civic consciousness,the role of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" in the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent,but the management of academia for the study of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" is almost blank.To this end,this article carries on the systematic connotation definition and the scale development to the entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" in order to bring the entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" from the media reports into the academic field,and pave the way for the follow-up research on the entrepreneurial "Qinghuai".Innovation is the soul of enterprise survival and development,this article also further explores the relation mechanism between entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" and radical innovation,with a view to enrich the theory and strengthen the practice of innovation.Through qualitative,quantitative research,case study and empirical research,we found results as follows:entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" is a noble mind that entrepreneur holds,which includes lofty ambitions,altruistic benevolence,fame-regardless,environmental friendliness,and artisan spirit,this noble mood comes from the deepest hope and pursuit in his heart for human beauty;the constructed scale of entrepreneurial"Qinghuai" in this article which includes five dimensions and 24 items has good reliability and validity,and satisfies the standards and requirements of empirical research;entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" will influence radical innovation through opportunity identification,stress coping and resource acquisition,but risk taking do not play a significant role in the process of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" promoting radical innovation.In this paper,the concept system of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" is preliminarily constructed,and accordingly the validity of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" to radical innovation is proved to be effective in Chinese cultural context.Therefore,in the critical period of transforming,upgrading and the structural reform of supply-side,entrepreneurs need to transform the traditional thinking model to "profit",and be fully aware of the importance of feeling and emphasis on cultivating and shaping "altruistic"feeling,so as to effectively promote the transforming,upgrading and sustainable development of China's economy.It's reasonable to believe that this research is beneficial to promote the theoretical research of entrepreneurial "Qinghuai" and expand the relevant research of innovation field in Chinese.cultural context.
