Research On The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Team Heterogeneity On Radical Innovation Of Technology New Ventures

With the deepening of the economic globalization,the pressure of the enterprise is also mounting.Facing the fierce market competition,the enterprise must pay great attention to innovation and creation,so as to achieve more lasting and stable development.As an important way for small and medium-sized enterprises to win the market and chances,and break the industry limit,radical innovation is of great attention by the academic professionals and entrepreneurs.In the context of mass creation and entrepreneurship,the technology-based creative enterprises become the key objects for national support,and such enterprises are often created in the form of a team.Therefore,it is necessary to study how heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial team activates the team atmosphere and how to improve the innovation ability,which sets a higher standard for the resource base and the integration ability of the team members in the dynamic environment.For the reasons above,this paper takes the technology-based start-up team as the research object,studies the influence of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on radical innovation,and innovatively introduces team atmosphere as the intermediary variable,and takes the environmental dynamism as the regulating variable.Systematic combing the existing literature,supposing that the team characteristics have effects on team attitude,and then influence the team’s behavior,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and constructs the relation model among the heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial team,team atmosphere and radical innovation.Then referring to the mature scale at home and abroad,with confirmatory factor analyzing,correlation analyzing and other methods,this paper explores the impact of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on r adical innovation.The results show that:(1)the heterogeneity of technology start-up teams have a significant positive effect on its team atmosphere and radical innovation;(2)the team atmosphere of technology has some mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and radical innovation;(3)environmental dynamism plays a significant negative regulatory role both between heterogeneity and innovation,heterogeneity and team atmosphere.In the end,this paper reveals the mechanism of how entrepreneurial team heterogeneity influence the technology-based start-up team’s radical innovation,make up and puts forward the existing theoretical research of radical innovation.And also provide countermeasures and suggestions to improve the radical innovation of enterprises from three aspects,including team building,culture construction,enterprise operation and management,so that the research can be applied to the practice of enterprise management.
