The Research On Risk Management Of T Hotel Construction Project

With the development of China's economy,tourism travel demand is increasing,tourism forms gradually transition from traditional sightseeing tourism to leisure tourism.The holiday hotel market has become a new tourist economic growth point,and a batch of high star resort hotels have been put into construction.The construction of the hotel project is a process of long construction period,large demand for funds,high technical content,labor-intensive,complex internal structure and extensive external coordination.This paper studies the related problems of risk management in the construction project of T Hotel,studies the related theories of engineering project risk management,uses brainstorming and Delphy Fa to identify the risk,deeply analyzes the strong support for the later application exploration and response,and the first stage of the construction of the T Hotel and the construction of the T Hotel.In the second stage,the risk factors are analyzed by the method of expert scoring,and the risk factors are analyzed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process)in the third and fourth stages.Finally,the risk management countermeasures are put forward,the risk management is monitored reasonably,and the division of labor is orderly and the responsibility is clear.This paper studies the risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response to the whole process of risk management in hotel construction project.The emphasis is on the evaluation of project risk by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process),which is of reference significance.
